@@kadzmoney temp and perm but only had one or two perm placements so far. Recruitment is really hard work and stressful at times but it's also highly rewarding.
@@kadzmoney definitely. Seems like we've been getting a lot of traction recently and we already work with massive clients that I would have never thought it would be possible. I'm currently in the process of adding another recruiter to our team to expand to another area within our sector so hopefully it will be 3 of us soon.

@@kadzmoney I was asking because the software that I use, Mailmeteor, does not have a follow-up sequence yet (they will soon). Other than that, Mailmeteor is awesome! I sent 29 emails yesterday and had a 82% open rate and 5 replies.

@@corrieweston3734 Gmass has a reputation for emails going to spam after a while. That's happened to me, when I used their spam checker my emails kept coming up as spam. I use Mailmeteor, which has excellent customization and open rates. The only issue is they don't have automated follow up sequences. They're supposed to release that update during the 1st quarter, which should've been by now. I do my follow-ups manually until they release the follow-up update.

My main concern is burning through clients too quickly without know what to do next, how do you make sure that you are pulling enough client data to keep your daily sends so high?
