The monthly job reports from the US Department of Labor are out, and it’s a mixed bag.
Home exercise equipment company BowFlex filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this week and have signed a purchase agreement to sell off most of the company’s assets to Johnson Tech Retail for $37.5M as a “stalking horse bidder”.
Finally, Meissa Vaccines, a California-based biotechnology company, has put its portfolio on hold and is laying off staff due to a lack of funding.
