The quarterly bonuses are nice and the remote work is great with this company. The cons: benefits aren’t that good and the health insurance is not great, high deductibles.

No it is not. They will give you a contract job and use you up until they find something wrong with your work performance and then they will make excuses and tel you a bunch of lies. UHG is not a good place to work for at all. Stay far away from them.
