Just think, how will the girl give respect to a husband and his family when she knows that her husband has married her only due to the gifts given by her family, otherwise her husband would have married another girl, who would give him dowry.

Try to read their cases before giving sich statements. There is a case, where wife has been in adultery and still getting maintenance in huge. There are wives who has made father as a paying visitor to show the kids. There are wives who earn lakhs of salart and still get maintenance. There are wives who wants to break relationship between husband and his parents and still get maintenance. Based on the sanctity of the court & the oath taken to speak only the truth, I believe the courts should penalize the false cases & liars themselves - not expect the other party to counter sue/ file case... IMHO this is the main reason why people file false cases so blatantly.. they know that the other party would be glad to be out of the years of legal back & forth to start another round (basically cut their losses and leave than to go in for another couple of years of courts) If such a provision is already available, then it should be used more.
Easier said than done. I would never hope anyone to experience even remotely close to what Atul had to endure for 3 years. Be it a man or woman. Even the best of the warriors(both men and women) have committed suicide in the face of barbarism that awaited them after a defeat.

Stop marrying random women in the name of "Arranged marriage" and expect them to be nice 😒. The buck stops at the judiciary because judges only created such laws - eg. the codified law asks to provide relief to aggrieved didn't ask to unnecessarily punish one side on mere allegations. Law didn't ask to pass extortionate maintenence & alimony or to prevent child custody/visitation to hubby Interim maintenance should be granted only to the real needy not just based on allegations esp if the girl is educated & short marriage duration Whenever girl does perjury there's hardly any action by judges but definitely punishes man for similar perjury. So the grave situation has been created by judiciary not the laws alone

Based on the sanctity of the court & the oath taken to speak only the truth, I believe the courts should penalize the false cases & liars themselves - not expect the other party to counter sue/ file case...
IMHO this is the main reason why people file false cases so blatantly.. they know that the other party would be glad to be out of the years of legal back & forth to start another round (basically cut their losses and leave than to go in for another couple of years of courts)
If such a provision is already available, then it should be used more.

मुझे तो महिलाओं के द्वारा पुरषों पर जो भी केस होते है वो कहानी सुनने से खून खोल उठता है, न्याय और मुजरिम के बीच वकील और पुलिस के bridge की तरह काम करते हैं लेकिन अफसोस ये वकील पुलिस ही पुरषों को बर्बाद करते हैं, पैसा उगाही करते हैं, आप के परिवार मे आपका भाई बेटा बेटी कोई भी वकील पुलिस है तो उसके व्यवहार को नोट करो और देखो की कब उनमे ठगने और झूट बोलने की आदत आ गई आपको पता ही नहीं चला, इनकी पढ़ाई और संगत ऐसी है कि ये लोग घर वालों के भी सगे नहीं होते
Stop marrying random women in the name of "Arranged marriage" and expect them to be nice 😒. Any woman who doesn't love a man would obviously wanna marry him only for money/property/ status unless she doesn't herself have options and wants company.
and if you do manage to find a woman that loves you stop expecting her to "fit into" your family instead of making a new family with her and being around for both sets of parents in time of need.

I see many times the judges are also biased by granting baseless alimony.. on the other hand the lawyers representing the woman also don't follow the law and encourage her to initiate false and wrong charges and lie
I'm unable to see my son, despite me getting legally divorced. My wife s not giving me access to my son & blackmailing & threatening me & my mother, who is a senior citizen with cardiac problems. She wants to extract money from me by leveling wrong allegations on me.. literally fedup, & don't know what to do.

It is better sooner the Judiciary recognizes the heinous damage it is causing to the HINDU family culture the Sanatani Kutumb the Hindu maratial ethos and sanctity. Feminism has already become a wound making female vulnerable to the wild world outside the family.
