These things scare me as someone who would be moving to India in next few months. I am 33 year old, and was 21 years old when I went to US for my master's. I came back to India when I was 28 to be closer to parents, stayed in India for 2 years and moved to Canada as I wanted a backup as I thought it might get difficult to adjust in India on long term. Since in US it is impossible to get green card and citizenship due to country cap. I plan to return to India for second time in April 2025 after filing for Canadian citizenship so that I am at least closer to my parents and can easily move to US in future (or worst case Canada). I do not like India or Canada, and would have liked to return to US but before getting married, I would like to be at least closer to my parents. But things like these scare me, about marriage and India society in general. It would be my second return to India but corrupt judicial system and people that vote solely on religion, caste and freebies is scary.

The courts in India blindly accept any case and issue OS numbers. The victims should run around finding lawyers who swindle money out of us. Then, they run trials for years and years. The trial court judges do not apply their minds and give judgment. We have no say in it. It is final. If you do not get justice, go to the high court and spend more money, then go to the Supreme Court. In the end, if it is found that the case is frivolous, there is no consequence for the culprits. This very reason enables people to use courts as a platform for extortion, blackmail and torture people. The basic common sense should be for the courts to investigate the evidence before accepting the case. And punish severely for filing false cases. Enforce IPC Section 209/BNS 246, like YOGI Adityanath, enforcing bulldozer JUSTICE.

If the wife files false allegations, the husband should file criminal cases and make sure that the wife also attends 120 dates. Never pay maintenance if the wife has deceived the court. I myself didn't pay maintenance for 10 yrs because my wife underrepresented her income by 75% and inflated my income by 400%. I simply fought back. We finally settled without any exchange of extortion money called alimony or maintenance. Every husband should fight back such greedy wives. I loved my wife. But that doesn't mean I will get my entire family blackmailed because of my sentiments for her.

I think this counter case may work. Because she filed 125 CrPC and DV Cases also, but not sending summons at our home. I got to know about those cases from the e-Court website. Tomorrow is the date of 125 CrPC case according to the Court records but her lawyer didn't send me any summon.

Currently Nikita Singhania, her mother and brother are charged with abatement of su*c*de. Such charges rarely get any conviction. The conviction rate is only 1-2%. So most likely these culprits will become free and they will continue damaging Atul's family and the rest of the world. They deserve to be put in jail for a long time. So please ask Atul Subhash's brother Bikash Modi to immediately file these charges against Nikita Singhania: 1) Extortion using false criminal charges 2) Cruelty by not letting him see his son Also he needs to file a motion to demand Atul's son's custody to be immediately given to Atul Subhash's parents and brother. The courts in India blindly accept any case and issue OS numbers. The victims should run around finding lawyers who swindle money out of us. Then, they run trials for years and years. The trial court judges do not apply their minds and give judgment. We have no say in it. It is final. If you do not get justice, go to the high court and spend more money, then go to the Supreme Court. In the end, if it is found that the case is frivolous, there is no consequence for the culprits. This very reason enables people to use courts as a platform for extortion, blackmail and torture people.
The basic common sense should be for the courts to investigate the evidence before accepting the case. And punish severely for filing false cases. Enforce IPC Section 209/BNS 246, like YOGI Adityanath, enforcing bulldozer JUSTICE.

If the wife files false allegations, the husband should file criminal cases and make sure that the wife also attends 120 dates. Never pay maintenance if the wife has deceived the court. I myself didn't pay maintenance for 10 yrs because my wife underrepresented her income by 75% and inflated my income by 400%. I simply fought back. We finally settled without any exchange of extortion money called alimony or maintenance. Every husband should fight back such greedy wives. I loved my wife. But that doesn't mean I will get my entire family blackmailed because of my sentiments for her.

My mother also filed criminal cases against my wife and her relatives U/S 406/506/509/34 IPC in retaliation of false cases U/S 498A/406/506/34 IPC. The Police of our P.S. recovered ornaments worth 2.5 Lakh Rupees from the parental home of my wife, which she took at the time of leaving her matrimonial home at her own will and volition. I think this counter case may work. Because she filed 125 CrPC and DV Cases also, but not sending summons at our home. I got to know about those cases from the e-Court website. Tomorrow is the date of 125 CrPC case according to the Court records but her lawyer didn't send me any summon.

Currently Nikita Singhania, her mother and brother are charged with abatement of su*c*de. Such charges rarely get any conviction. The conviction rate is only 1-2%. So most likely these culprits will become free and they will continue damaging Atul's family and the rest of the world. They deserve to be put in jail for a long time.
So please ask Atul Subhash's brother Bikash Modi to immediately file these charges against Nikita Singhania:
1) Extortion using false criminal charges
2) Cruelty by not letting him see his son
Also he needs to file a motion to demand Atul's son's custody to be immediately given to Atul Subhash's parents and brother. This is the most important thing for Atul's parents.
