Alimony should be stopped. It just isn't fair to be paying for someone that wants nothing to do with you in your life anymore. You can get divorced from your spouse, but they will still be married to your own wallet. This is the highest kind of injustice that you could ever get.
My mother was shaming me once about not finding a girl to settle down with. So I asked her to name one benefit or one advantage of being married as a man.
She looked at me for 2 minutes and changed the conversation.

If I got injured in Accident then I will heal slowly, but when a Girl breaks you just because you gave her all your trust and love, leaves a man in a condition in which he can't heal. I will lose respect, I will lose my jard earned money and more importantly I will lose my happiness.
And If you don't know, Indian Railways charges 1rs. for 1 crore insurance and You have a Life Insurance and Car Insurance too.

Fake cases, thank God, I have an angel wife who gifted me paternity fraud two times and I am paying alimony and child support to both the kids. She is living with her boyfriend in Pune but in court, she says he's her "friend" who has rented a room in the apartment which I had bought with my blood and sweat. Just for four years of marriage, I had to pay an apartment worth 1.5cr, 40 lakh one time payment and 60 k per month. 😂😂😂...........but I am happy now, because from next month I won't be paying. On 16th of this month, I will hang myself and she can't force me to pay her more money. Thankyou so much Indian Judiciary and Indian Laws.

Can you please write a book or e-book on Section 498-A, 125 maintenance, Domestic Violence, Dowry and Divorce Petitions with sample complaints from the aggrieved wives as well as the reply from respondent/s husbands along with the list of cross questions that both parties should ask during the trial. It would be useful for thousands of law students including me.
If you don't have some inate need to continue your bloodline, just don't get married at all.

One solution to this is introduction of Prenuptial Agreement between the bride and groom before marriage as it is followed in many other countries.
It will certainly not be the final solution but to some extent it will reduce fraudulent demands during the divorce.

So let me get this straight, the only thing that you can do as a husband in India is "hope your wife stays loyal".

If I can start for zero and build 1000

Now start from 500 and build 1000 again.. With experience..
Even after divorce I still have half.. It's not zero..
And i still have my experience, talent, skill..
And Lets be honest men doesn't need much to survive and live..
Men can easily live in one room with same pair of clothes for days 😂 men don't care .. And needed much money..
And can easily get married again..

Mother file a case upon sson for Maintainence and son gave all to wife. Which court have guts to attach that property. Pen will start shaking, that is our mind set.
It is high time to interpret phrase - unless unable to earn and all this matrimonial litigation will reduce, because saari ladai paiso ki hai.
If we start giving limited time Maintainence, that will again be good step because is sitting idle, practically, no benefit to society except causing litigation

Even if the property is gifted under good and no benefits flows to husband still courts may ask to attach such properties? I doubt this won't affect previous transfers as alimony shall be based on income as well as assets which may be directly or indirectly held by third party for benefit of the husband with clear intention of avoiding hefty sum to wife as maintenance.
