I am an Advocate , i have seen one thing that if husband is a bad brat , have a history of crime or whatever, will still have high rate of success in court proceedings. Because they tempter law at initial stage. They bribe police not to file sensitive sec on them , not to procure evidence. Although the wife who is real victim had to suffer her whole life. And so does vice versa
So according to you, the whole judiciary is meaningless and not worthy enough to be believed in. As the real criminals are safe and innocent men are suffering

If the advocates on the husband side are sincere and don’t play double games, almost all the husbands would fight back. Most of the times it’s the advocates who fail the husbands by misguiding them to such an extent that husbands start getting frustrated to the core and loose hopes.

I had to part with a 2 BHK and a one time alimony amount of 60 L . I still consider myself lucky because your peace of mind is priceless. Once you are not happy in a marriage it’s better to be out of it . Ofcourse not everyone can afford to give away a house and a chunk of your lifetime savings but it’s worth it.

We advocates do and give our mind out to help our clients but it is sometimes annoying and feels helpless when clients do not have enough documents to support their cases.

I just wanted to point out an issue with the Google Drive link you shared. That document is not actually redacted. If you select the text which looks apparently redacted by using the red ink, you can still copy and paste it somewhere else. To truly redact the document, kindly use the Print to PDF option such that each page of the PDF is saved as an image, that way you will loose search ability, but no one would be able to retrieve redacted portions of the document.
If you want to retain the ability to search, you can run the PDF though Adobe PDF's / Acrobat's redaction tool, that way the text behind the red ink won't be selectable. Cheers!
