My new favorite warmup move. I sprained my neck years ago simply by sleeping wrong and have had trouble turning it all the way, which sucks for swimming.
I LOVE that you didn't add obnoxious music in the background. I typically do Fitness Blender videos, and it's largely because I can add my own music to the background without it clashing with theirs, because most workout videos have really loud background music. Also, it's difficult to find workout videos made for people who aren't already in shape or skinny, that take into account low impact variations that people with injuries/limitations might need, so I really appreciate this content!
Modifying.exercises whenever needed is helpful because it allows the person to exercise according to their own present ability. Regardless of whether that level is: " Beginner -Starting " Intermediate - Middle " Advanced - Very Experienced
I love this channel, and I love this guy. Seems experienced but extremely humble, and while being informative you still just get good vibes here that feel kind and positive while keeping a professional and direct pace. I'm really a huge fan of this, keep it up :) and the warm up is great, it works well but is easy to alert depending on fitness level/ necessity if the individual
I like how the views steadily go up by a few thousand every week. It shows that people are using this a actually sticking to a workout routine and I’m glad to be a part of the multi-weekly contributing viewers

You nailed it. You don't feel that you need to warm up because your are still very young. I felt this way my whole life, and now just 35, I don't consider myself old but I do need to pay attention to warming up now.

When I was a kid growing up I watched Jack LaLanne on TV. Now 50 years later we have Hampton on RUclips. How times have changed. You're right about some people's warm ups are other people's workouts. I think some RUclips influencers forget what it was like for them when they first started out.
I see a lot of people say you are like the bob ross of fitness. I can totally agree- you being a relaxed and accepting vibe that creates a welcoming space to learn, with emphasis on nothings perfect and you're great just the way you are.

This has given me the motivation to start working on my fitness again I know it'll take a while since it's been quite a few years and with multiple joints injuries since the last time I've taken it seriously but I'll see this through

This was the first time in I can't remember how long that I followed along with a warm up video and I loved it so much, it was nice getting away from my regular things I do before my morning exercises ill definitely add this to my warm up routine

I'm not him, but cardio in general is the best. Doing 15+ minutes is the ideal, but even 5-10 minutes daily helps a lot :)
