  • Ever had anyone tell you this about your anxiety disorder? Just because anxiety in itself is a normal human experience? Well, anxiety disorders are a result of an overly sensitized body & mind, and is nothing sensational, but it's not normal. And definitely not forever.

I hope you all understood I meant "restricting a little bit, but not too much. Eating a little bit but never enough to have a life"

Oh not long ago i saw a video where they mentioned that mental illnesses, chronic depression etc. can go away at any time because situations can change, hormones can change and so on. I also was told that my depression is chronic now but i had a friend who was told the same thing and she said "yeah look at me now i wouldn't consider myself chronically depressed". I am sure things can change and i am sure the quality of treatment we are resieving nowadays is highly dependent on the person who providing it. I think understanding the patient and the extend of their suffering is a key factor to help them accordingly. Sadly some people just don't klick or just aren't interested in their patients story and simply don't get it.

One day you'll look and see that you've made it! Never, ever give up. It's more than possible, it just takes time and the right effort. It's probably simple, just not easy. Sending you lots of love!

I just started proper recovery 6 months ago, and after being ill for years and years it will probably take a little more time. But I think I will be able to fully recover eventually!
