So I came to the conclusion that it must be my hop up so I took it apart checked it, everything was fine, I watch this vid to make sure it matched up to mine. I notice the spring on the barrel, figure out the purpose for it, to create push back on the gearbox nozzle and the hop up to create an air-seal 🤦♂️ bruhh one damn innocent looking spring.
Hey so is there a way to change the outer barrel? (My outer barrel is red so I will call it the red barrel). My stepdad took my gun to his work to melt or glue my tracer unit on the red barrel, I want to get a new tracer unit and a new hand guard but can’t get the tracer or red barrel off, so I can get a new one that matches the size of the hand guard and so I can get a new tracer. Is there a way to get it off and a place to buy a new one?

Better accuracy and consistency if you're going with anything under 6.03. The groupings will be within a foot spread at 150+ feet if you pair with the right bucking. At most you'll get 10 to 20 fps boost if you have a complete airseal on your cylinder. when i got a prommy TB my went up 12 to 14 just installing the barrel after I switched buckings I got more lol
Inner barrel is angel customs from evike 6.01 steel tight bore. I use those on all the guns I upgrade. Recently upgraded all the internals on a g&g arp9. Trigger mosfet gears all that

.20 is suggested on most fields and is probably the most practical for your situation. Personally, I usually use .25 for almost all my AEG's that have a 350~400 fps. Just remember this, the higher your bb weight the less fps you'll have and vice versa.

Welcome! Hmmmm good question...are you looking for a tracer suppressor or just the suppressor look? Any thing with negative threading should look good but you will need to have a shorter outer barrel so no matter what you may have to change the barrel unless you get a longer handguard
Check out the Acetech BT lighter Tracer unit. It works as a suppressor at the same time. Around $100 bucks for it. So two things for the price of one roughly. I'm sure a suppressor would cost around 35-40 bucks. Spend the extra and get a tracer unit

Idk how your slid back on so easy, I got a prom 6.03 and a g&g green bucking and I'm about to throw this shit across the room. It's getting all bunched up!! And I'm not sure how to make sure the barrel and bucking is far enough seated back in the chamber for the c clamp to sit flush
What size tightbore I’m not sure if I need a 6.01 or a 6.03 I’d like to have further reach and grouping but I don’t think I wanna change the rail. I’ve never changed an inner barrel so I’m not sure what size I’d need and length
6.01 gives you a FPS increase along with range and better groupings, 6.03 gives you a FPS increase along with a wider grouping but also very accurate. Length all depends on your outer barrel. Inner barrels are all measured in millimeters so if you want 9.5 inches, go with a 250mm barrel. Star by measuring your current inner barrel and go from there!
The tighter the bore the more you risk increasing your FPS. This can be mitigated by short stroking the piston which will lower your FPS around 10-15 per tooth
hey mate, why would you modify the size of the barrel of a arp9, would not be better to get another gun with a longer barrel? what does that gun have that other guns with bigger barrels don't have?
Hey there, good question. So I really love the 9mm style AR platform because it’s kind of the middle man between an smg and long rifle or m4. I was going to build a G&g raider out but after I get the parts from angle custom for smg conversion with the mags and external parts, it was $50 more expensive. The stock barrel is really good for cqb as well but I have an arp 9 aeg for that. This build is a Polarstar build for indoor and outdoor play so I was going for longer range and accuracy.

That’s a good idea I had a removable barrel extension on mine at first but I noticed it started getting slightly curved the more and more I took it off. I just replaced it all together with a 10” outer barrel that came with a forged aluminum 4.5” extension so it doesn’t curve at all! Love it

Essentially your are asking about two different things. The outer barrel should be almost the same as the inner barrel. You can get away with having an inner barrel about a half inch shorter than your outer barrel. In regards to the threading, the threading of the outer barrel is attached to the outer barrel. It is not two pieces. When buying a flash hider or tracer unit, you need to make sure the outer barrel is 14mm negative. Most flash hiders and tracer units are 14mm negative.

its more of a fpsconsistency boost as well as tighter full auto spreads and better accuracy

I use 0.25g bbs in mine, it depends if you play indoor or outdoor.

Would a lonex 6.03mm steel tight bore precision barrel. Work for the Arp9
Of course anything that works in a m4/m16 will work on the arp 9

If you cant get it back in youll have to remove the nub first and slide it back in

I think you have to test it for yourself as it depends on your gun's discharged air volume per shot.
