Thank you for giving clear instructions on how to make the meatloaf in the ninja foodie. It really helped me and my husband out with trying to make dinner in it.
I always come back here to listen to Tom every time I do my meatloaf. He gave me my very first lesson with this video for my ninja foodi. I know now that he’s ☹️ gone but I still stop by & watch all of your videos Miss Kay, I hope you’re doing well. 🫶🙏🏼
I just purchased a Ninja Foodi and have been trying to learn how to use it. Thank you so much for the step by step instructions. I need to know every detail including even the basic and most simple operating instructions. You did a great job helping me to not be so intimidated by this. Thanks again.
Absolutely loved this one. I made it and my Hubby was so impressed...added asparagus at the end and also broiled some garlic bread on top of that. Couldn't believe I made it all in one pot!
I don’t know how old this video is but did you know you can use the rack to lift out the air crisp basket. Search it online. Works like a charm. Thanks for the video!
Was wondering if you could do this in the foodi...thank you and to add you sound like my high school football coach!lolol Ole Texas kid here..now I'm off to make some meatloaf and garlic mashed taters..blessings to ya!
Okay, so 20 minutes to pressure cook, a few minutes to release pressure, 290 minutes to bake/roast. So about 45 minutes or so for 1.5# of meat. It can very done in the oven in 1 hour, plus you can add in potatoes.
Kewl, I've been wanting to try a meatloaf in mine. I'd use the Jimmy Dean's hot stuff, never thought of oatmeal. I've used crushed crutons/seasoned bread crumbs.
A quick question as I just got my ninja. I thought you had to put 2cups water to pressure cook and I saw you put a 1/2 cup.? Just want to make sure it is okay to use less water.Ur meatloaf looks yummy🤗
What impresses me the most is that in your age, you're not just ok with using the new kitchen devices, but filming that and publishing it in your online video channel. Man, well done 👍👍
This looks great. Thank you. Would it have worked to air crisp for 10 to 15 minutes instead of using the bake/roast setting? I’m just starting with the ninja Foodi and was curious.
you can use regular pans in the ninja foodi and the alum gets into food...bad for your heart! parchment paper before alum but a bread baking pan set in the bottom of the pan / bowl
It actually. I've tried both varieties. This one, will give it a different flavor and the loaf comes out more solid as the oats expand real nice. Makes for a nice dinner presentation when you get guests. Its more, of a what you have on hand, where you come from, what family recipe you're used to, or what you preferl. That's the beauty of meatloaf. So many variations.

New to the Ninja foodi, I really enjoyed your demonstration very easy to follow.

We use chicken Italian sausage, other than that, follow the recipe. I don't even like meatloaf and will eat this. It is great! Thanks

GREAT video! I LOVE meatloaf. I bet you are in your glory cooking with a 2 in 1 valuable item to own? Keep it up.👍
Yeah I sure do. I'm glad I found the Foodi.
Thanks for watching my video
Can u tell me what I did wrong it was very greasy its like the foil just kept it all in and made the meatloaf soggy
Thanks for watching. I don't have an answer. I will research it.
Mine did too😭 the first time I did it I had no grease now this time I do

I was thinking the same thing. I would think bake/roast would over cook it a bit more then what you want.
I did mine in the Ninja Foodi Grill, on bake......then air fry last 5 minutes.
Great video, and I love the shirt too💙
Love the shirt, where did you get it?
you can use regular pans in the ninja foodi

but a bread baking pan set in the bottom of the pan / bowl
What's your favorite recipe so far? Do you have a favorite?
I don't have one yet but I will keep looking.
Thanks for watching my video
40 mins to cook meatloaf, i can cook in my convection oven in 18 or less.
Why use oatmeal instead bread crumbs
Maybe oatmeal's healthier (got more fiber)
Terre Kantone - You can use what you want. I have used oatmeal, stuffing mix, barley, what ever I feel like at the time.
It actually. I've tried both varieties. This one, will give it a different flavor and the loaf comes out more solid as the oats expand real nice. I use oatmeal and add some bread crumbs. Oatmeal makes it healthier, same texture as chop meat.
You could of just broil/bake and air crisp at end . No need to use pressure cook.
I noticed that too. This size meatloaf would’ve taken 40 minutes in the oven.
Still a great video!
@@blondie8822 - Yes, but the whole idea of pressure cooking a meatloaf is that it come out sooo moist! That's the best part about it. Yum!
No tomatoe sauce and brown sugar.
HI CHANNEL
Did I miss the part where you added seasonings??
Love the shirt, where did you get it?
