- Happy Tuesday! No equipment needed today! We are working on abs and cardio so you just need a sweat towel and some water! If you like workouts with no exercises repeated, this workout will be your JAM! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds so make sure you are ready to move! I am giving you two ab exercises followed by two cardio exercises and for every move I will give you modifications for every movement! This workout is for everyone! Let's crush it!

I was sore and tired and really didn't want to work out today. I started this one, and I stopped a third of the way through and told myself it was okay to quit. But then, I thought about all the times other people quit on ME. And I said, "Give yourself what others could not." And I finished the workout. I started crying when I got to your speech during the cooldown. You're such a gift, Sydney. Thanks in part to you, I am in the best shape of my life, and not only am I physically healthier and stronger, I am getting mentally stronger, too. ♡♡♡

This is a great no equipment, no repeats workout. A good one to have when you're on the go.

Two years ago, i crushed this workout, i was on better form than today. I've lost so much energy since this day, it's terriffying OO'. But no matter what, i will fight and work again with you as long as it necessary to succed and get back to where i left working out with you. Wish me luck, i'm starting over

Sydney love the workout as usual but I'm one of those who prefers three or four rounds of an exercise. It really helps with more fat burn and building muscle tone. Anyway you can't please everyone I will just combine this with another of your workouts. Love ya girl!! Great workout! I just found you on RUclips when searching for awesome home workouts and am loving this Summertime Fine series, workouts 1 and 2 have been a wonderful challenge! I am 38 years old and have always been active and healthy but find that in the last few years maintaining a healthy weight is becoming harder to do even though my activity and eating haven't changed. I have my nutrition guide from my sister who is a personal trainer, but lives to far away to train with, and now I have my workouts thanks to you! I am so thankful to you for having put this out here for free and love your fun energetic training style.
