MTA NYCT Bus: Last and Final Operation 1998 Nova Bus RTS T80O6

Note: GA will swap between FP for the Q58 and B38 Tommorow. The B13,B48,B57, and B60 will be back at FP. #4983 is doing it's last run on the B60 if you know or do don't GA RTS dont operate on weekends usually you can get them on the weekdays, But anyways the RTS arent really used at Grand Anymore due to the new equipment they got recently and the RTS retiring from them. So this was a really great catch and it's sad that this route, wont use the RTS no more.
As seen in the video, my B/O Friend, who is operating that RTS, did a fantastic takeoff with it as well.

I rode 5040 on the B25 this past Saturday (3/9/19).

Ive been on many RTS buses in my life and they are the best.why would they retire this bus i mean the beast sounded like it had a lot of life left in it.Man i miss those buses in the winter those things are like tanks.In my state up in in new England we got a whole bunch of garbage hybrids which i cannot stand and a lot of people i talk to says the xcelsior buses are crap.this video deserves a thumbs up for sure bro gotta love the RTS

@@transportationnetwork1324 Also besides MJQ depot, 126th st used to have RTSs too, But they were popular for the M116, I did see one on the M60 too before it was taken over by LFS arcs, Sadly the 126th street depot closed, and I hate the fact that the M116 went to Manhattanville and the M60 went to MJQ, Imma miss that good ol depot, hope they rebuild and reopen it back up for extra buses, Mother Clara Hale on the other hand.......

126th Depo was a cool they kind of reminded me of a short but better version of FP but with better equipment at the time. On the other hand the M60 still gets Rtses and I like it at MJQ just look at how it got better over the years. Now the M116 should of went to TA or MJQ I cant see it at MHV with all those old gens that route had Artics at some point same with the M31. Now MCH is good but they need more equipment in my opinion

@@transportationnetwork1324 I heard that next year Manhattanville & Mother Clara Hale will be getting a new line up of buses by new flyer, But the M116 should've went to MCH because it's closer, Also MCH doesn't have much bus routes besides the M7,M35,M1 & M15 SBS
