Want Fasusi, Rodgers or Brooks, Armstrong, Townsend or Edwards or Winston, Terry, Moore, Ffrench or Lockett, Hines, Orogbo, Jones or Hilson, Brown, Sharma or Charles, Williams or Wynn, Pettijohn, Phillips, Lee or Currie or Brew. Bonus would be JWilliams or Faraimo.
CB recruiting seems behind schedule.
Love all the hard work gents. Getting me through the off season easier
Really do appreciate it Hook’Em
While I agree with Gerry here that Texas will have some success on the back end, I believe a big part of the problem is the secondary has not performed on par with the rest of the development of the team thus difficulties recruiting that position
If Sark had produced on offense at the same level the defense has thus far he would be on the hot seat. Gotta hold the DC accountable at the same level you would every other coach.
Sark's DB are starting this year. Give them a chance.

We signed a super talented DB class last cycle. I think that impacts more than anything
@@jasonwason3881 Sark isn't the OC (well, not in name anyway). He's the head coach. It's his offense, sure, but it's also HIS defense! I'm not even sure that Sark himself completely understands this.
@david_humidor How wouldn't he understand that? The level of attention that's paid to details by Sark what makes you think he doesn't know that?
Hook em! 🤘🏼
34:43 sometimes people have that “it” factor. VY had it and I’m not calling him that but we all have our places we it comes to being leaders etc as men. Maybe he has that and hearing it to me makes me feel great and excited

Great news on Silas Bolden ! Great get by Texas in portal.
Rivals has Texas ranked 19th which is concerning coming off a Playoff appearance. I know Texas will move up but would like to see Sark get more commitments early so the last few days can be to move from 5th to 1st or 2nd rather than 12th to 5th.
There’s no rush here. Signing day isn’t until December.
Worry about the class in December
@@ekim4363 I'm a worrier 😀

Can’t worry about things out of my control

State of the Program 🤘
I am not worried about the positions that are unclear right now like DB and DT because signing day is still along time from now and things change and new prospects will pop up during the season when actual games are being played. Texas could also benefit from having an exciting season and giving top recruits a better look at flipping to a fun Texas team especially if the team they chose is not so great. Texas just needs to stay aggressive and with a smart plan to get the talent they want and need for the future plus still have the portal available if things just don’t go as planned at a certain position.
For DL I think getting at least 5 and 3 of them with high upside that can be developed. 2 four or five stars. We found out that you can't get highend DL in portal.
Rain in Fla this weekend
If Texas is legitimately in position to get three of the best Wide Receivers in the 2025 Recruiting Class, they have to be in position to get three of the best Defensive Tackles and Nose Tackles in the 2025 Recruiting Class.
As great as Dakorien Moore, Jaime Ffrench, and Kaliq Lockett are, they will not be the reason Texas wins a College Football National Championship. Three of Brandon Brown, Zion Williams, Kevin Wynn, Josiah Sharma, and Myron Charles will be.
"Hook Em"
IMO don't want to count on flips and 50-50's like Wingo and Filsaime to get a top class because it won't happen every year.
I still don't see Craig Way 😭😭😭😭
To much overreacting about the secondary play last season and the spring game
Gerry seems awfully cocky about Texas eventually pulling in the top WR class in the country. Not sure his level of confidence is warranted based on our recruiting for '25 to date.
