Hey Nikki. I hope this video blows up because it's basically Healthy Lifestyle 101. People forget that healthy living includes food, but also activities and mental health. Fun matters! Thanks for reminding all of us of that.
Loved your tricks and tips. I lost 60 + lbs in a 6 month time frame back in 2018, was able to keep it off and stay very active for a few years but 2 babies later I am back to square one again starting this journey again one day at a time ready to loose the weight/ keep up with better nutritional choices and get feeling better
I’ve been able to replace soda with Bubly Bounce. It’s just caffeinated sparkling water. I can’t handle artificial sweeteners so this was a game changer for me
Thanks for sharing these tips. I have enjoyed your videos. I am down 20 pounds since 6/2/23. I want to lose 40 more.I am 5'7 and 60 years old. Thanks again for all you do to help others in the lifestyle eat.😊
I laughed when you said you deleted progress pics because you were afraid someone would see them. I do the same thing. It's good to know I'm not alone in that. Thanks for always being such a great motivator.
I definitely needed this video. I restarted my weight loss journey. I reversed pre-diabetes and lost 24 pounds with ww but I had 10ish more to lose. I found out I have high cholesterol so I want to try to lose the last ten. Thank you
Nikki, you look well! You look healthy. You're skin is clear and your hair is shiny and smooth. Thank you for your channel and your advice. You have inspired me to get on WW. I'm 67 and need to get healthier. Love your videos!
My sister turned me on to your channel. I see why. You give such good advice. You make it seem simple which I know it isn’t. But it definitely seems doable. I will be ordering your book immediately. Thank you so much. 😊
I really needed this. I am on a weight loss journey. I started out in the 200's and now am down to 193.4lbs. It has plateaued at that weight. I feel like I have a bit more weight to lose, but it is very stressful. Honestly, I didn't do a whole lot to lose the weight I did, but I feel like it is time to do something healthy. I'm overwhelmed with all that goes into weight loss. I'm scared I won't be successful.
Really grateful for your channel! I love your snack content, it makes me feel not just encouraged, but excited. This is a journey that can be fun. Thanks for sharing your perspective!
GREAT tips for those who may be just starting out, on a plateau, or even on maintenance. Very inspiring and positive! Great video, Nikki. Thanks for sharing your journey with us.
NIKKI -- Thank you for your videos and THANK YOU for recommending Kati Morton's RUclips channel. I looked her up and she has been AMAZING as well. I've had several major light bulb moments from watching her videos and podcasts and I think it will definitely help with my weightloss. Thank you for sharing your journey. You often say you wanted to help even just one person and I think you've completely changed my life!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Thank you so much! You create beautiful videos and content and I greatly appreciate them! Thanks for the tip about hiding personal photos 😂 I just took care of that lol
I’m on my healthy lifestyle journey and I’m trying to lose weight and it’s coming off slowly but surely. Your channel has been an absolute treasure and I’m very grateful to you for what you’ve done ❤
Such a great video. Thanks so much for all that you do for us on your channel, you have helped me gain such a balanced view of living a healthy lifestyle (the real life view of it) and how to make my own weight loss journey so much more attainable. I started WW (again) a few months ago to try and lose weight for our upcoming wedding. But the things I have learned from you have made it so much more about finding my own peace with not only food and my body, but myself as a person.
I think this is good of a practical weight loss guide as you could find anywhere. Also thank you for the tip about hiding pictures; I didn’t know about that.
I appreciate your channel! You have really helped me with my health goals. You are very practicial and grounded in your advice. I don't weigh myself because I noticed it messed with my head when I weighed myself weekly. Monthly weigh in seems good for me. As a snacker, I also appreciate your healthy snack videos! I feel like I have more variety this time around when shopping. I know I am more empowered with how much people who use or have used WW share online.
I’m new to WW and I can’t find the right amount to put in .. when I track fruit for example strawberries it only tracks at 1cup O points so even though I only put like 3 full strawberries in my smoothie I hit the 1 cup option ..
Love your videos!!! Do you have any of how you prep the veggies and meats that you use? I love your idea of prepping ingredients and not meals and would love to see it! 🥰
How do you feel about cheat days or cheat meals? I know everything in moderation, but what is the frequency moderation? I find myself hungry, craving things way more than I have in the past. I have been doing cheat day on Saturday. I still log but I eat what I’ve been craving. Very gradual weight loss, but I’m not sure this is the smartest way either.
Thank you for compiling all of the tips, it’s helped me so much!! 🙏 Hitting a plateau can be rough but your videos have helped motivate me to keep going 💪🥰 Keep up the good work!! 🙌
I have lost so far 154 pounds doing WW. Im 5 pounds from my first goal weight. Im so happy i found your channel. You have helped me so much Niki
That is amazing!!!!!♥️♥️
