    Here’s a list of all 30 tips if anyone else wants to read along:
    1. Reward yourself for consistency.
    2. Track everything honestly.
    3. Find the right reasons to start your weight loss journey.
    4. Work on your mindset and mental health.
    5: Prep ingredients ahead of time.
    6. Take progress pictures.
    7. Take pictures in a bunch of different outfits. (Take some measurements too!)
    8. Slowly work your way into it; start simple.
    9. Focus on nutrition before adding exercise.
    10. Share your journey with others. (Can use a secret social media account.)
    11. Shop at different stores to have variety.
    12. Give yourself grace; do not put too much pressure on yourself.
    13. Get a food scale, and learn proper portion control.
    14. Find snacks that you enjoy.
    15. Find substitutes for foods you like.
    16. Make water a priority.
    17. Limit sugary drinks.
    18. Get enough sleep.
    19. Find a physical activity that you enjoy.
    20. Don’t compare yourself to others.
    21. Use others for inspiration and motivation, but don’t be afraid to get creative with your meals on your own.
    22. Make sure to eat enough.
    23. Have a “zero point food” (Weight Watchers term, a food like apple/grapes/fruit) before dessert sweets.
    24. Make meals based around “zero point foods.”
    25. Don’t cut out any food groups or restrict anything.
    26. Make restaurant copycat meals at home.
    27. Don’t wait too long to get back on track.
    28. Prepare for vacation.
    29. Pay attention to nutrition labels.
    30. Heal your relationship with food.

    Hey Nikki. I hope this video blows up because it's basically Healthy Lifestyle 101. People forget that healthy living includes food, but also activities and mental health. Fun matters! Thanks for reminding all of us of that.

    Loved your tricks and tips. I lost 60 + lbs in a 6 month time frame back in 2018, was able to keep it off and stay very active for a few years but 2 babies later I am back to square one again starting this journey again one day at a time ready to loose the weight/ keep up with better nutritional choices and get feeling better

    I’ve been able to replace soda with Bubly Bounce. It’s just caffeinated sparkling water. I can’t handle artificial sweeteners so this was a game changer for me

    I definitely needed this video. I restarted my weight loss journey. I reversed pre-diabetes and lost 24 pounds with ww but I had 10ish more to lose. I found out I have high cholesterol so I want to try to lose the last ten. Thank you

    I really needed this. I am on a weight loss journey. I started out in the 200's and now am down to 193.4lbs. It has plateaued at that weight. I feel like I have a bit more weight to lose, but it is very stressful. Honestly, I didn't do a whole lot to lose the weight I did, but I feel like it is time to do something healthy. I'm overwhelmed with all that goes into weight loss. I'm scared I won't be successful.

    I love going for walks everyday. I usually walk at least 2 miles . I even started doing cardio exercises now at 🏠

    Such a great video.     I appreciate your channel! You have really helped me with my health goals. You are very practicial and grounded in your advice. I don't weigh myself because I noticed it messed with my head when I weighed myself weekly. Monthly weigh in seems good for me. As a snacker, I also appreciate your healthy snack videos!     I’m new to WW and I can’t find the right amount to put in .. when I track fruit for example strawberries it only tracks at 1cup O points so even though I only put like 3 full strawberries in my smoothie I hit the 1 cup option ..

    How do you feel about cheat days or cheat meals? I know everything in moderation, but what is the frequency moderation? I find myself hungry, craving things way more than I have in the past. I have been doing cheat day on Saturday. I still log but I eat what I’ve been craving. Very gradual weight loss, but I’m not sure this is the smartest way either.
