I don't think you've ventured down Geoff's personal rabbithole yet (he's the bass guy); he has a solo channel that is also well worth your time and attention. In fact, he just yesterday dropped a new track- his take on Chris Isaac's Wicked Game. Absolutely gorgeous; Geoff provides approximately half of VoicePlay's vocal arrangements, and hearing those talents applied to layering his own vocal tracks is something else.
But all that aside, I'm so happy to hear that you've become a VoicePlay fan like the rest of us!! These guys don't get nearly the acclaim they deserve, so every person who hears them and recognizes the great things they bring to their music is appreciated.
So glad to see your reactions - their quality is just over the top. Creep was arranged by Eli, and they've announced that we can start looking forward to regular arrangements from him. Another glorious cover of an older classic is In the Air Tonight. It's one that Layne arranged.
What these guys do with it is blow it out of the water! They're epic. Eli did an amazing job arranging this. Cesar and Anthony especially bring the feels hard core! Have you done "Valhalla Calling" yet?
Great reaction!! It seems like you need to react to #Voiceplay's Valhalla Calling, Hellfire, and soon to be released (**** can't say it ****). About this one, their version of Creep is absolutely incredible. I wasn't a huge fan of the original....then Voiceplay released this version and I said "Holy 5h!T". Was instantly a fan of Voiceplay's version. Keep going. You still have some catching up to do. After the three Voiceplay releases I mention above, you can't go wrong with Hoist The Colours, Warriors, Dragonborn Comes, Enemy, Dream On, If I Were A Rich Man / Girl, Hall Of The Mountain King. Enjoy the ride.
Funny you mention the Crash Test Dummies... Geoff said during an interview that he realised he could sing bass when he could sing with Brad Roberts on Mmm, Mmm, Mmm.
Again it is difficult to tell you what to listen to because their genre range and catalogue is so huge!
The good thing is that whatever you choose...you will not be disappointed!
They always pay homage and is highly respectful of the original, but they somehow also make it their own.
Eli (Tenor, Rock God, Voice Chameleon 😉) arranged this one - but most songs are arranged by either Layne (Beatboxer) or Geoff (Bass).
They are so darn talented (they all have really good vocal ranges) and they do all of this self-funded - they like having control over their own creative direction.

Some videos you might enjoy are: "If I Were A Rich Man/Girl" from Fiddler On The Roof, Stevie Wonder's "Superstition", and "Kiss" by Prince. (or just about every thing in their catalog.)
They did such a beautiful job on this one. If you want more radiohead covers, geoff has an older video of him covering high and dry from RH which is also amazing. 💜💜

This was my favorite before "The Lion Sleeps Tonight." This is so wonderfully arranged and performed, and I always love when Anthony is featured. I really love his soulful voice.

VoicePlay always bring the feels but when Anthony starts singing in this I get chills. Every time.
Have you checked out the description box below their videos? Will tell you which one arranged the song; who did lighting; etc. This one credits Cesar’s mirror. 😄
Would you be offended if I suggested some "rules" for optimum Voiceplay viewing? You maybe know some of them, but some reactors have found them helpful.

If you like deep voices check out The Bass Gang. They're a fantastic a cappella group with a unique style. Four bass singers from 3 different continents who only met after several years of great videos...well, three of them anyway. Marwan is still filming from Egypt.
