The most fitting tribute to Jeff in this time of sorrow
Jack Thammarat is one of the best guitarists in the world, his channel is a gold mine, we have seen so much mediocrity being imposed by NEW WORLD ORDER making artificial success and a true talent does not have the support and recognition it deserves...
Jack you have done it, you have crossed the line into greatness
Mr. Jack, you're really one of the best guitar players of todays generation. Everytime i visit youtube, the first thing i write in the search bar is Jack Thammarat...:)
from Philippines..:)
That was a wonderful tribute to master Jeff. Beautiful phrasing and feel. Hats off to you Jack!!!!
You sound awesome, Jack. 🤘RIP Jeff Beck.🙏
Oh dear...the only other person who can play this will be Jeff ! Absolute spot -on incredible......Dominic Miller (Sting) loves this piece was just mentioning this to me on 22/3/23 !!! lovely backing as well
wiping the tears away a good ten mins after this piece of music finished..the best of via, petrucci , satch, holdsworth, schon, zappa, all combined to give us the prodigy that Jack T is.. all via beck...
Incredible! The fact that he covered this piece is as incredible. One of the most haunting and unique compositions and Jack seems to have had the respect for it too while making it his own, fortified its sound and original impact. Excellent!
You put alot of feeling and depth into your playing God bless@
Stunning!
素晴らしい!
вообще уважаемый Музыкантище просто!!!! сыграл божественно! каждая нота прочувствована
Very tasteful version, excellent soloing.
wow, that was awesome! This was 10 years ago you must be really good now.
Good feeling ! Congratulations and thx !
Great job .
I spent hours and hours learning this as a young man .
Great choice .
Plus … great guitar , great tone .
very beautifully done. Impressed.
There is nothing that Jack can't play. Simply amazing.
this is the best cover of any song i have ever seen
That's just beautiful. The main thing that impressed me is the warm tones and few effects. It's all about the guitar sound capabilities, and the excellent feel and interpretation of one of most beautiful songs ever written. Jack you have a great feel for the guitar being an orchestra instrument. I am a huge Jeff Beck fan, and I would love to hear you play along side him. I know he'd be impressed too.
can only say 'wow', to say well done would be an understatement, can't say there have been many 'inspiring quitar' players in the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Van Halen this is very very refreshing, the electric guitar is alive again.
อาจารย์แจ๊คสุดยอดมากๆเลยคับ ^ ^
Nice.. Jack !!!! ... Always loved that tune ..
The tune has been writin by Bernie Holland ( Hummingbird band ) ...
George Martin - producer, arrangements..
When you nail this, you can call you a true master and that's what you are only by choosing this track 💯🙏🏼✌🏼
このギター、この手の音に合いますね。ギターも、ギタリストも素晴らしい!
Jack you really need a label now!
dios te vendiga macho eres un genio me llenas el alma con tus melodias y el manejo de los dedos hasta siempre.
Mesmerizing. Very classily done young man. One of my favorite Beck songs. Mr. Beck would be proud.
sssssuper nice, guy. maybe when jeff's long gone you''ll be there to take his place. very very nice!
Totally Amazing Jack!!!!!! favorite after favorite after favorite. Thankyou so much.

best performance by jack!!Amazing song
Another beautiful tune played so well by Jack and Fran. Pure emotion from you both. A joy and inspiration to listen to.
GREAT job!
I love the original AND this one as well. Well done!! Guitar techniques have changed over the years, and this is a superb modern take on an absolute classic. Great tone, great feeling - shred and soul all in one. Played on the worlds heaviest guitar (if it's like the originals!!!!!..no wonder your sitting down!)! Wonderful interpretation. I wonder what Jeff Beck would make of it.
Beck would approve although he might frown upon the shredding, in any case, well done!
Oh My God!! I've been listening to this song since it came out, and you are the only one one who has done i justice! You are very talented and we Love You!! Keep up the good work if you can... Peace out....
really nice tone! lovely!
Bravo! This is a gem!
What are you doing NOW Jack? You're too good to be doing anything else with your talent! Cheers! Great work & tone!
killer cover by one of the best new players i've heard in a long while !!!!
amazing sound!!!
Excelente cover!!!
I like Jack - awesome feeling and skills.
Soooooooo well done!
My favorite Jeff Beck song! Awesome job man!
Excellent....love the variations.
Nice work, as usual, Jack!!
Amazing! One of the best.
I agree with you 100%..
feel the emotion ....
I heard this version and Beck"s 76 London live and there is no comparison .You blew Beck away he wasn't even in tune. I guess that's what happens when you get so big that you don't have to practice. Never lose it your awesome kid...
Great touch. Thanks.
Wow dude. Perfection! 👍
God that lead tone is amazing!
Very Inspiring
Keep it up!
His interpretation is fine. He is inspired.
You do great honor to the original, and you make it truly your own artistic expression.
Exceptional playing. Melodic and clean. Great!
You Go Young Man.
เล่นเก่งมากๆครับ
Wow! That was absolutely phenomenal! For all those here who complain that it strayed from the original too much, open your minds and take in the beauty of Jack's passion. Also, that AWESOME guitar is avail again (FINALLY!!) in the United States as an SBG1820 model. So, all of us SBG fans from the 70's can rejoice! This thing is a Les Paul killer! :) -Peace ♫
***** Go to Yamaha USA online and you'll see them. They aren't cheap but they are nice 🎸🎶
***** Another thing my friend. These things new are over $5000. Unless you're a Trust Fund baby (lol) you're better off buying an old one on eBay for $1000 or less. They aren't THAT rare. The other thing I wanted to share with you is, I used to have one and even though they are great, they don't sustain any better than a Les Paul and they are extremely heavy. I guess all I'm saying is, if you really love them, that's cool, but, if you're just chasing that old school, "sustain for days", Santana/Schon tone, you can get that in other less expensive and lighter guitars :)
***** Those are really nice for the money, yeah! Don't forget all the really nice overseas-made single cut guitars which are a phenomenal value too, like the Alex Skolnick signature ESP, or the BC Rich Thouroghbred, or Yamaha Revstar.
***** ESP's are a killer value for the money! And the better (non-USA) guitars are made in Korea.
***** Korean made stuff is really good quality for sure :)
amazing tone man.
Took a bit to get to hook but it's a good interpretation as it should be. Great tone , I just hope to a fraction a player as this kid.
Guitar Supreme! A new comet is on it's way.......
good job Jack Beck
Nice playing ... Jack Thammarat itself ... and that's all :)
What these people are saying when they say that he totally missed the point of the original is that the original did not focus on showing off fast playing skills and runs, but zeroed in on key elements of the overall harmonic experience and brought Just those elements to the forefront of the music, like no one else could. The original was a masterpiece, but of Understatement and Simplicity, saying a lot with a little. I can understand Jack feeling that being such a big artist now, playing it note-for-note would be beneath him and not a good showcase for his talent.
But the song is about Jeff, isn't it, and as a Jeff Beck fan, I really came here to see my second best RUclips cover artist (Cesar Huesca is first) do just that, so that I could both relive the nostalgia and also to see how it was done...
I reiterate though, Jack is a great artist, this is not a slam to his technique, just expressing a disappointment.
I like Jack´s version more than the original one, Jeff was a great composer but not a vituose like thammarat and the music was improved, the solos are amazing.
Damn fantastic interpretation!
Love it :)
What a gifted guitar player. i would love to know how he gets that tone. I know i hear a delay. Anybody know?
Wonderful playing as usual Jack! You look really cool too.. ;_;
Flawless
one of my fav. 5/8

I like Jack´s version more than the original one. Well done!
Woah this is too much! I love all your videos! Amazing guitarist!!!
