Yes, I kissed him twice at two different times. I did not know him personally, however because we were such good fans who always went to his shows he began to recognize us. He would even stop playing so I could take a picture. He played at a very nice dinner theatre in Phoenix about once a month a week at a time. He was very gracious and a very nice man! The last time he kissed me my husband said....damn Ricky why did you have to do that....now she won't let me kiss her for 6 months. He fell over laughing.

The guy would start out thinking he was so clever by singing hello Mary Lou goodbye heart and then suddenly they would stop because the next line was Sweet Mary Lou I'm so in love with you and they didn't want to have to say or sing that, lol. Loved this song even though I was so young. What can I say? I have great taste! Its bittersweet listening. My sweet dog Mary Lou died from cancer five years ago. Still miss her. Mary, this ones for you. 💖

Yes, I kissed him twice at two different times. I did not know him personally, however because we were such good fans who always went to his shows he began to recognize us. He would even stop playing so I could take a picture. He played at a very nice dinner theatre in Phoenix about once a month a week at a time. He was very gracious and a very nice man! The last time he kissed me my husband said....damn Ricky why did you have to do that....now she won't let me kiss her for 6 months. He fell over laughing.

Me too! Maybe you experienced the same thing I did. The guy would start out thinking he was so clever by singing hello Mary Lou goodbye heart and then suddenly they would stop because the next line was Sweet Mary Lou I'm so in love with you and they didn't want to have to say or sing that, lol. It happened every time and was so funny and so predictable.
