So I met Pauly Shore when I was 6 years old at the San Diego Zoo (now 25), and ran up and got a picture with him and I remember telling him Bio-Dome was my favorite movie of his. He looked at my parents then back at me and said, “Wow they let you watch that? You have some terrible parents.”
Pauly Shore misses being young because of his experience. He was larger than life for a short period of time. That’s a crazy thing to achieve and then have taken away so quickly.
I know what Pauly is saying...... the 80's/90's were awesome. I was in my mid teens to mid 20's during this time and I miss it a lot. Less stress, less responsibility, more friends. Was a great time!
When Pauly basically said his best times make him sad looking back on them i felt that in my soul. Its hard knowing nothing will compare to the "good ole days"
Man, Pauly Shore isn’t as famous as most celebrities, but I think he’s a swell guy. I hope he knows that there are still people that love him for who he is. It’s a special kind of connection that I feel like “bigger” celebrities can’t have with their fans.
I feel the same way i miss the late 90s early Y2K like crazy, its depressing when your loved ones start to die, family pets start to die, celebrities you love die, or get older.
Some of us out here still loving the weasel❤ growing up in the 90's on the west coast, Pauly Shore was massive. Biodome is still one of my very favorite movies of all time. I've always thought it was strange that his career wasn't as illustrious as it should have been.
I am going to be 40 in a few months and this makes me feel grateful I haven’t made it yet. I feel I am finally on that trajectory and it’s something that’s going to sustain me. I am grateful for the hard times I’ve been through in my life because I am now turning the corner, slowly, but I can feel it.
Pauly is like the High School quarterback who still talks about his old football games even though he graduated 30 years ago

He's honest. God bless him. My life sucked and now I'm 42 and I'm just starting. It's different for everyone. I can't help but like this guy . ❤️

He’s like that guy from your hometown that peaked in high school and now just wanders from bar to bar talking about the good old days
It wasn't that he grew up it's that his audience did.

It’s crazy how many tiktokers are going to be like this one day
What Pauly is explaining at
Good on Joe for pushing him and trying to have him think about his present. Joe’s got a lot of wisdom.

Pauly Shore is the coolest guy he knows
He had a good run, he should be proud. Nothing last forever. It's ok.

He looks like Richard Simmons doing an impression of a regular guy.
"I betcha I could throw a football over those mountains" - Uncle Pauly

This is just Pauly trying to define nostalgia for seven minutes.
