..the ammotin is not a battery, it's an air ratio, exhaust heat and other sensor reading mapping 'gubbinz' (systems) for tuning the fueling all inside the tin.

Are you getting a erratic map signal? Single cilender bike have a verry pulcy intake charge try adding more plenem volume.or restraining the signal to you map sensor buy adding a fuel filter or small restrictor i use mig welding tips.

Really nice build, Looking forward to see a ride video of this build.
I know what difficults a project like this has, I have put a AMR300 supercharger on a CB250N cafe build. Jetting and carb adjustment is not so easy, I still need some tuning on my bike but it's now drivable and street legal.
    Great work!

Holy crap dude! You turned that baby into a monster. That's awesome. I have a 72. Love that look on your face when it started. Such a good feeling.

My opinion.. it is too much elbow from the carb to the supercharger-inlet,
and also from your sprcharger outlet to the bike intake (and that elbow is also climbing high/vertical, that made YOUR FUEL STUCK on the lower inner surface of the elbow).
That distance is bad for air-fuel mixture for the supercharger installation method that you applied on that bike
On more thing, if you thought that the sprcharger is way to big for your bike, you can reduce by air flow by changing the size or rasio of your pulleys

That is an awesome build! I'm curious what the power output of the motor will be once you have everything dialed in. Can't wait to see a video of the beast in action!

Bro . Have you installed a " intercooler " ( like those found in cars ) to cool the compressed hot air that is inputed by the supercharger that you have installed ?
