Thanks for sharing another great video Pete. Well done, nice gold pieces and looks like you had some nice weather to top off the day as well. Keep up the great work and see you on the next one. Cheers mate.👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍🤜🤛
Pete, that was awesome man,the Gold Hawk is definitely living up to its name so far, nice. The area was cool, hopefully you can find a whole bunch more there. Thanks Pete and Connor, awesome video.
Thanks Morgan, the GH is doing well, I ran it today in some trying conditions and it still ran pretty good and may have found some gold, but you'll have to wait for the next video to find out. Cheers mate
Good tips on understanding the landscape, Pete. The last bit you got was a promising sign for a patch on unworked ground, a "golden sunset boulevard". 🤞💰 If those purple flowers were on a vine, it's "native sarsaparilla", or the Purple Coral Flower, Hardenbergia violacea. We'd gone for a couple of hours for a look-see for prospecting this afternoon, and with the sign of the fading light, it was actually four hours! Hope you're feeling better for next time you're free for an outdoor swing, we'd fashioned a eucalypt branch as a walking stick and weed-whacked a fair amount, but was rather disgusted by the creek's lower sections choked with masses of arum lilies, white swirl flower with the yellow finger. Wrong sort of yellow. Cheers, Gabi of Narre Warren, and Harkaway.
That's it mate, I'll have to put in a few hours there running over that ground and working my way up the hill, I think the left side might hold the goods, it's had the best gold in the diggings so far. I hope you found some colour on your adventure mate, it sounds like you had a good time. Cheers mate
Nice work Pete hope your feeling better you had a mosquito having a drink on your thumb after you cleaned up the first piece 😀 6 at 0.7 very nice arvo 👍👍👍
Great video Pete. Some good targets among the lead shot. I share your enthusiasm about the piece found outside the old timers working. Good spot to go back to. Thanks for sharing your adventures Pete. Cheers
