- On this trip I return to the area I found my 1.25g nugget and it doesn't disappoint, I'm straight on the gold and I'm in for a great day in the Central Victorian Goldfields.

.85 is a great day,my friend,Thanks for the adventure!
That was a good day out, it's nice getting a more chunky bit. Cheers 👍
Hey Pete.. you have a great smile..
thats the passion bro!!!
Thanks mate, you have to enjoy what you do and prospecting is great therapy for the mind. Cheers mate and happy hunting.
5 for the day is not bad Pete and just shy of a gm. Well done 👍
Thanks Lyndon, it was a good day out give or take a little rain and the gold was nice. One or too more little ones and I would have cracked the gram, all good, it's just nice being out bush. Cheers
Great footage Peter those Kangaroo's really do damage l had mob of them hop out of property past Ballarat and took out my mirror , driver side door anyhow looking forward to the next adventure like the local noises in the background
Thanks mate, I had a smal roo jump into my front wheel last year and his tail put a dent in my front guard, not happy. Plenty of local noise in the next video, mostly wind, it was a shocking day weather wise yesterday. Cheers mate
Going well Pete ✨✨⛏😜 fun day and great gold to old mate ratio.
Thanks mate, it was a good day out, even though it rained a little. I don't mind digging less lead shot, you get to cover more ground. Cheers
Good on you Pete. Great exercise digging those mullocks. You consistently find good gold. Fantastic. Well done.
Thanks mate, only in short bursts, wears you out that stuff. It's been great getting some nicer sized gold, I hope they keep growing. Cheers
Nice going there Pete, good to see the bigger bits coming out..
Thanks Paul, it's nice to be getting gold over .1g I'm all for it, I hope it continues. Cheers mate
Way to go Pete, fought through the elements and old mates to get the gold, nice big nugget and some smaller ones added up nicely. Thanks Pete, good job buddy.
Thanks Morgan, a little rain is ok, and not too many leadies to deal with, but its all good when there's a bit of gold to be found. Cheers mate, Go Pies!!!!
Beautiful pieces Pete, and I love the work you have put in digging. Thats where the good stuff remains, just dont tell anyone 😉
Thanks mate, I have a little dig and then get back to swinging, It might need a re-visit in the future. Cheers mate
Well done Pete. Beautiful shiny gold.
I won't be able to make it to Creswick. Family commitments.
Thanks for sharing your adventures 🌄
Thanks Steve, all good mate, we'll catch up at the Subs Day and have a good chat. Cheers mate
Good work mate. Great spot, some gorgeous gold 👌👌
Thanks Ant, that area has been quite gold, the gold is super bright that's for sure. Cheers mate
Nice work Pete nice gold
Cheers Antony, thanks for watching mate.
That piece was definitely worth the dig, nice work Pete 🍻👊
Thanks Brothers, I need Scottys machine digging arms there to demo the pile, he'll make short work of it. Cheers mate
@@PetesGoldAdventures Indeed he will 🤣
@@PetesGoldAdventures Indeed he will 🤣
Looks like a great spot, well done Pete.
It's been good to me, but it's not flush with gold, so good to keep on the back burner. Cheers
Damn Pete some real nice nugs out that mound. Looking like ats good ground there. Great Video Pete
Thanks mate, that mound has produced and could hold more, you just never know. Cheers mate and thanks for watching.
@PetesGoldAdventures it's looking like it will I hope ya find a massive nugget there Pete
Well done Pete. As you say, it doesn’t matter the size, they all add up. Nice score. Take care mate 😁👍
Thanks Andrew, I'll take all sizes, if you can find a bunch of small stuff the grams wil add up. Cheers mate
Thanks for sharing
Cheers mate, thanks for watching.
Great finds Pete!👍🏻
@nathan873bongartz6 Thanks Nathan, cheers mate. 👍
Great work Pete. Five pieces (.85g)of gold for four hours of detecting. Thanks for sharing and hopefully will see you on the 27of July.Keep up the great work and see you on the next one. Cheers mate.👌👌👌👍👍👍👍🤜🤛
Thanks mate, I got lucky with the first, so that got the weight up, but would have been a nice day either way. I'll be at Slaty Creek, so come say G'Day. Cheers
First piece is chunky rough bit, very nice!
It was a cracker that piece. Cheers 👍
Well done mate. Some very nice pieces that was an awesome piece from the prior visit 1.24 well worth a revisit
Thanks Andrew, that heap has looked after me, might need another dig sometime soon. Cheers mate
Well done mate, good little session that's for sure🍻
Thanks Lee, turned into a great day, give or take the rain and who would have thought we were only a few k's apart. Cheers mate and I hope you had a good trip. Cheers
Well done Pete you did very well awesome stuff 👍
Thanks Shannon, It was a great day out, even with a little rain. Cheers mate
Too much effort for me digging craters. Love a good walk, amazing what you can find. Congrats on the color.
I don't do it often Guy, but it was easy digging, I only do it for about 20 minutes and then I'm cooked. Cheers mate
Nice work Pete, but your cleaning up the area before the subs day :)
Thanks Mark, don't worry, that's not the Subs Day area, I'm trying to keep that fresh, that's why I keep the location a secret so it dosen't get pre flogged out before you get there, there's some method to my madness. Cheers
The problem with videos like this is people see you getting gold after levelling a pile, they go out and replicate this and this is now a very common sight in the triangle
All good Jonathan, I drag back the material and contour the mound, so it's still a mound, if people are too lazy too undertake the reclamation they shouldn't do it, there most likly the same lazy prospectors that don't fill there hole's. Cheers Pete
@@PetesGoldAdventures I've no bad words to say about you fella, you do show respect for the bush, wish more would follow suit
Top stuff Pete a nice one indeed
Dam those big lead shots sound really good ay
Still bit inclement weather there
Famo was thinking of heading up but said it’s raining to much
Great to see nearly the gram yum yum
Cheers 🍻
CrouchOz
Thanks Crouch, the big shot sound good, but you can almost pick them, there just a bit too loud. The weathers not to bad, had a little rain, just over 30mm, but half of that came in one day a couple of weeks ago, just light stuff here and there. Cheers mate.
Awesome stuff Pete
Cheers thanks Adam, happy hunting mate.
Keep on it!! GO PETE ! 🤠🙃
Cheers, thanks Lyle.
Nice work Pete. I dont know if its the vid quality, but your gold seems a bit brighter than what i find in NSW. Nice work mate . Keep it up.
Thanks Peter, the Central Vic gold is quite pure and in this area it's very bright, go 30km's and it will be differnet again and iron stained, you'll have to come down and get some. Cheers
Great 👍
Famo59 👍⛏️🍻
@@Famo59 Thanks Tony👍
Nice day out on the coil well done ,done my part of the giveaway soon be in your hands lol
Thanks Glenno, even with a bit of rain it was still good, it's nice and quiet out bush. Good stuff mate, I believe it's off to Ned next and then maybe heading my way. Cheer mate
Привет из Кинеля, Самарская область🇷🇺, удачи и больше золотых самородков👍😂
Привет, приятель, спасибо за просмотр.
👍👍👍 3 big thumbs up, gotta go with ya gut. If not it can burn a hole in your brain! Paid off well mate 0.85g I would be very happy for that amount any day. The RCH fundraiser will be grouse, I cant be there , but it will be even better now you have some quality kit up for grabs. Cheers Andy
Thanks Andy, always worth a try, you just never know what could be just out of reach. The Slaty Creek RCH day should be good, hopefully heaps turn up and some good money can be raised. Cheers mate and enjoy your trip away.
@@PetesGoldAdventures I will if it stops raining enough to get out of winters grasp
Another great day in the bush
Cheers mate, thanks for watching.
Some spots are that way, Pete. Like the feeling you've forgotten something at the shops, and you have to go back in, when you're back again in the area. Reminds us for a bilge pump and stereo headphone jack, doing a repair, and forming a better clean-up sluice! Cheers, G.
I'd been thinking of it for a few weeks, and it got the better of me so I thought I'd give it a go and It paid off almost straight away. Cheers mate
Onya Pete
@@DetectaBull thanks Sam, cheers mate.
Pete, Do you back fill your moulds at the end of your dig or left them open ? I notice your Ironbark in the area your in.
looked like he walked away
I do actually, they might not exactly the same but I do drag some back and contour the top edge back in so it's not sharpe. I don't do it often as it's too much work for maybe no return. Cheers
All good mate, I never walk away and I always fill my hole and other peoples. Cheers
Digging is what the old timers did. Oops for calling you old. Lol
That's it mate, I'm on the wrong side of 50, so does that make me old? but I could still out run the young ones. Cheers mate
Old mate 'you turd' t-shirt? Good work mate, see you next week.
New shirt you think mate, yeah that lead shot is a pain. Catch you next week mate. Cheers
That's an amazing Yom, Pete,
Last year, we purchased an 8 " Detech Mon Coil from Peter from Detect near Gympie.
in Qld.
This little Beastee is a Major league player in coils for depth, especially in the Mullock Heaps.
Go the GPX 4-5000S.
We are presently in Quetto Clermont Qld, full time over forests etc.
We are just over the moon , with the 5000s.
🎉😢
Keep up the great Work.
There great machines the 45 and 5, I still have my 45, I won't be getting rid of it, it will be a great back up machine. My mate had his 5000 modified, it almost rivals the 6000, it cost him just under 2k to modify but it soon paid for itself. I hope you are on the gold and having a great time.
Cheers, Pete
Brilliant work Pete! Gotta love when an inkling pays off 👍👍_🧑🏽🦯
Thanks James, where's there's one there could be another and in this case there was, yippee. Cheers mate
