Is it possible to change the blinker sound in the Cybertruck or a volume control? I was wondering if it was like the horn, which I heard can be changed.
FSD is cool tech (no matter the vehicle) but I don’t understand problem it solves other than possible robo-taxis. Is it so people can become less engaged drivers? What is the driver now able to do with their time since they don’t have to drive?
Humans crash and die a lot on the road. So it's solving that problem. Younger generation doesn't like driving. So instead of putting them in an Uber with a stranger, can put them in a self driving car. Pick up and drop off kids from school. Send the car to pick up your elderly folks. Etc.
@@graigfaison9568 a horse can drive itself, too. Edit, wow you Elon worshippers are weird. I said it's been twelve years coming, an OBJECTIVE fact. Y'all come out insulting me like I'm the one who didn't deliver my promises, like hardly ever. I'm looking forward to robotaxis too, but Waymo beat tesla. Elon said a MILLION robo taxis would be on the road by 2020, before we even had chatgpt. He said model 3 owners would be making so much money renting their fsd cars! It would be stupid NOT to buy one! Hilarious that I'm being insulted. You're just defensive because you know I'm right.
The way you talk about other peoples' cars makes you sound very snobby and not humble at all. Not everyone can afford a cybertruck calm down bud we get it - vid is fine, but absolutely no reason to attack others for their choices. You definitely have no idea about others' financial situation especially in a place like Detroit LMAO.
great. all these close calls and uneasiness. now imagine thousands of people in this one city alone how many accidents in just one day.... and its not snowy, foggy or raining. utter junk. it will always be stuck in this purgatory of "i guess its good enough" followed by fanbois saying "what do you mean! mines awesome!".
You have no idea what you’re taking about. Show me another Company with anything close for a consumer to purchase. Works in fog/rain no problem. P.S. the only utter junk is Mercedes thinking they have a level 3 system 🤣
@@detroittesla thats odd. none of these videos are in fog or rain. "Tesla's overall accident rate According to a LendingTree survey, Tesla drivers have the highest rate of accidents among various car brands, with 23.54 accidents per 1,000 drivers"
In "snowy, foggy or raining" condition the gap with human increase, in favor of FSD. But sure, when condition are bad, FSD will go slower and hesitate, as a responsible human should. And I am quite sure it would just be perfect with only FSD cars on the road. Don't get be wrong, humans are far superior to CT but human can be distracted, tired, or just make mistakes, not to mention people who think rules are not for them.
@@didierpuzenat7280 yea but FSD is not remotely safer than a human driver. even if it gets there one day, that still means thousands of deaths a year. Is the passenger responsible for dying when being driven by Teslas software? see the dead end here?
@@ct1762 I am not so sure that FSD is not already safer than many humans, I mean in real conditions, with "humans" playing with their phone, driving tired or even drunk, speeding, etc. And regarding your "dead end", it will be solved by new laws. For example it could be handled with insurances since it will cost them far less than with human drivers. That said, it is also possible that future FSD cars will never be at fault in big accidents (at all).

Amazing how impressive FSD has come and human like it is with driving. Nice video.
Too be fair driving in downtown Detroit is a shitshow. Impressive that it did that well down there, cause I’m always making mistakes.
awesome dude

It would be nice to have a live quad-cam view on the screen. Is that possible?
You are not crazy, just wacky. Good drive
If you enter a destination to Canada, what happens? Would it attempt to go through toll booths?
My guess is it would try but eventually get confused at some point
