The very inexpensive chicken is because it's cooked in the US. Their food prices generally, and meat in particular, are about 1/3 to 1/2 cheaper. I'd import US meat to the UK, stick Old Glory on the packaging and let people make up their own minds, but apparently nobody else agrees with me 😆 Joshua is a legend but I'm enjoying your curries too. Can you show chapatis done on the stove top? Never made it work...
