I hope you get really far with channel, its very rare to see a asian male cooking and even learning himself, im mainly subscribed and watch just to support you, not so much to cook the recipies because i eat very healthy. But regardless i genuinely wish you all the best!

Great recipe but I would say avoid the foil. The cloth or towel soaks up the excess water so the pilau is never soggy. This is how I make all my Indian and Iranian rice dishes 😊
