  • Learn how to make traditional Uzbek plov outdoors. Plov (also known as pilaf) is a traditional rice dish in Uzbekistan. Plov is usually made with lamb, beef, lots of carrots, onions and whole garlic head. After trying a lot of rice dishes around the world, I can tell that plov is my favourite rice dish. If you've never tried Plov, I highly recommend it.

Lleva los mismos ingredientes que el estofado de ternera en España, solo que nosotros no ponemos arroz, pero es una gran idea la verdad, redondea un plato ya de por di riquísimo. 👌

Thank you. I've seen other recipes that had me worried about the layering the rice. You made it look easy.

I've made it once. A couple of months ago & about to make it againg in a few days time. I'm in England in the UK. It's a lovely dish to make! 👍🏼
I only used 1 full garlic bulb but i will use 2 this time. I can't buy lambs tail fat from anywhere here where i live. I don't know if it's really needed to be honest. 💁‍♀️
Does the lambs tail fat make this dish any different ? 🤔
    ?????

It is totally different than Indian Chicken biryani. Both flavour and ingredients.
Additionally, chef missed adding some things during the process. I highly recommend you to taste “Uzbek Plov”. Do not forget to add this recommendation to your Bucket List.
