What honey is that?? Is it worth the price tag? As a fellow foodie, I also like to have expensive one off special ingredients. I don't use honey too often... Eggs and honey sounds like a good combo...! I have a friend who lives in Syria, and they boil yoghurt, then leave it out to dry in the sun, and serve that with honey, olive oil etc. it goes to like a cheese. Hopefully summer will treat us to good sun and I can try it... But with excellent honey!
@@TheBestCat1290 from my understanding the metal reacts with the honey and can degrade the quality of the honey by killing some of the enzymes . So i stick to using a wooden spoon, everyone can do whatever they feel is best for themselves though.
