Definitely not butter chicken. Might aswell open a can of chunky tomato soup,add few random ingredients n throw in chicken. Proper Indian cooks to not add haram masala as a main spice. Gram masala is added toward the end of cooking time n definitely not tablespoons full. I think he should stick to what he knows n not butcher Asian dishes!
