I think creations like these are so important. Kids aren't learning this stuff in school any more, it's cool to see and hear this knowledge being spread. Thank you!
As a current WWII history admirer, teacher, and tour guide (at the WWII-Vietnam museum that I work at), this was the most accurately portrayed LEGO diorama based off of the Omaha Beach battle. I love, not only the Higgins Boats, but the Amphibious Shermans, with the outstandingly accurate Propellers on the rear, the Combat Engineers, the shingle area, the mines, bunkers, obstacles, etc. This was a really well made set. One thing that may not be accurate in this set, is the LEGO Wonder Woman because I’m not sure that she took part in this, haha. Take care!
Big Sai45 Productions Agreed! Finally a more accurate representation... so many inaccurate ones based off of movies and other's innacurate dioramas. I've been wanting to see this for quite some time
Yesterday I went to LST-325 a landing craft, one of the first ships on the beach I had a tour and I was able to spin the turret, one day I would like to drive it…
They should really think of sorting the water bricks from lighter to darker and the clear ones should be foam of the waves wich the should put up in many lines from the left to the right
Actually, the M4 Sherman tanks did not use those, they were tested and they sank too many times, so they decided were not going to use these however some of them decided they would still use them, and he’s correct about how the infantry beat them, and by the time the tanks got there the infantry had already secured the beach
i would say ask them to create a hadron colider scale model. that launches balls making them crash, {the balls fall into a return hole to bring them back to the start.}

Now, if possible, try making a Peleliu (basically a display of a battle between the U.S. and the Imperial Japanese) But like I said, if it's possible.

As a military history buff, I love how accurate everything is from the Higgins boats to the amphibious Sherman tanks, it's all great
Same
the lusankya same
and captain America
cool thing is. there are like 10 Sherman tanks in the bottom of the ocean not too long from the beach
Wait did the part where the landing boat shooting the troops in it actually happen
gotta admit the lights on the guns are a nice touch
same here, looks real!
Ikr
Yeah the Lego is a nice touch
yeah boys the is so real

"It took a lot of guts to run across..." - right when they show a soldier ripped in half, perfect timing.
Just about to comment that but looked through to see if anyone did it

any one else see the landing craft shooting its own guys?
Heidi Dixon yeet
Yes
Yup
Yep
😂😂😂
27 out of the 29 tanks that were suppose to “float” to shore sank because of the weather.
Those were incredibly brave men.
Only 2 tanks reached the beach you got mixed up 2 out of 29 made it 27 sunk
Oh S*** I read it wrong sorry
I know
it was a shot worth taking. every tank on shore saves a bunch of infantrymens lives

How bout Cap. America?

I am very honored to "meet or talk and read" your opinions as a big history admirer myself.

I'll pay 2,000 dollars if you set that up in my basement for my historic set up of peace treatys, battles, and discoverys and much more
IsaiahM06 2000$ wouldn’t even begin to cover the cost tho build this
Price must be $30,000
@Thelower Terrarian right, a legos tank it's like 500 dollars and a gun it's 7 dollars
I would pay 4,000 thats how much i think its actuallyworth
@Thelower Terrarian i want a cobi T-34/85 ill put a MG cause i have a spare
Thor: This was not Made for mortal men.
Stan Lee: Neither was Omaha Beach.

Only two tanks were on Omaha beach the rest sunk
I thought 5 made it and the rest sunk
Poor crew who's tank drowned :(
Mabye for the moc the tanks just didnt sink yet
@SlavicSun *2
Maybe it's the time the tank's didn't sank yet?
Guy: It takes a lot of guts to cross the beach
Me: Staring at the screen with the soldier who's guts are spilling out...
I like WWII stuff and this d day model is really cool!
8:19 yay i spoted captain america :D
Bro it was so obvious
Yes comrade stalin
Any one else see the creeper by the bunker at 9:54
I know right
3.48 the dude in the landing boat is shooting INSIDE the boat at his own guys😂
Ww2 + LEGO = 👌👌👌👌👌
Even if im no longer a kid my imagination would blow with that
7:27. “It takes a lot of guts to get across,”. (Shows a minifigure that lost exactly that)
Yesterday I went to LST-325 a landing craft, one of the first ships on the beach I had a tour and I was able to spin the turret, one day I would like to drive it…
I saw a creeper from Minecraft on one of the sides of the mountain
7:25 "it took a lot of guts to run across" as camera zooms in on Lego guts😬
Their next mega build is a Wasp class LHD so im stoked
You should’ve had blood mixed with the shoreline it would have added a nice touch
I swear I saw a fox or something in the makeshift machine gun nest
Fire Evolution cos its a foxhole
Ahhh.... It is a joke.
Ik lol
Fire Evolution it’s a foxhole xD
@@thiagogonzalez8657 lol
On Omaha beach there were also some sandbanks that stopped the Higgins short so the men had to try and swim to the dry land
7:26 I see what you did there, that was kinda dark...
3:44: hey, uh, buddy, I think you're shooting your own guys.
0:45 WOW THAT GUY'S EAR IS DEAD!
Imagine a stop motion with this baby
I’m assuming all the dislikes came from people who didn’t like it because it “glorifies a terrible and brutal historical event”
Fun fact
Higgins boats are built in New Orleans and named after Andrew Higgins that's why the National WW2 Museum is in Nola New Orleans Louisiana
2:55 is that a creeper on the left side of the hills? What side is it going to blow up?
All I see is the landing craft. Might want to edit this.
Ben Abad 6:55 next to the left bunker
It is, 6:55 and 8:59
Is that Aqua man at 10:20 on the back of the boat and the creeper next to the bunker at 9:03 XD
And Wonder Woman at the top
0:43 friendly fire!
Don't worry it's turned off!

my birthday is on June 6 and the battle of Omaha beach is June 6. Crazy
That moment when ww2 soldiers die thosands of them i salute for the one who fight in the ww2
What?
mechanisedorca was he trying to make a meme?
@@Alessandro-vl8bu i really don't know....
Let their memory never die. I salute those who fought in D-Day.
Me as a 13 year old WWI and WWII fanatic is say it's very accurate to what I know and I like the addition of Captian America.
too bad I did not blow it up
My great grandpa and great uncle(both on my father's side) were in ww2 and my greatest uncle was in D-Day+1
That awesome😎
The real LST visited my town and I got to see the LEGO version inside of it as well! It was really cool to see a LEGO and real life LST.
did anyone see a machine gun firing without a gunner
The fox in the fox hole was a nice touch.
Could u get theze partz on amazon???
It's awesome how you did the firing
Nice, prob to the creator of this
7:25
"It took a lot of guts to run across it."
Haha, get it?
No don't destroy IT
That gun thins lights is sick
Lego is so satisfying to look at.
Bruh I've been there
The sea is very cool i like it it is awosome!!!
It was Normandy beach btw
Wow I never knew that (not)
Nah Omaha
AverageGamingYT normandy is not a beach but a territory
You know everyone can go to normandy... it’s in France but I’m pretty sure you can’t go on the beach because soldiers were buried there.
No
Captain America spotted on the beachhead when he was talking about low tide and the obstacles with the mines attached.
I want Lego soldier
Maximillium NOWAK there is star wars
Sher Muhammad i have one of these soliders at home but i lost tge head and the helmet
They should really think of sorting the water bricks from lighter to darker and the clear ones should be foam of the waves wich the should put up in many lines from the left to the right
10/10 this is awesome
The machine guns the lights are awosome it is prety cool!!! İt is nice touch!!
He should add a landing craft that exploded trying to get on the beach
That one landing craft looked like one of the gunners was shooting the solders inside and I think it was the one the camera was looking at so much
Such a memorable piece of history
İt is very owosome how can you build this anything you are extremely good BEYOND THE BRİCK!!!!!!
The intro is verg cool!!!!!
9:59-here it was possible to add Frodo and gollum, such as going around
9:03 creeper......awwwww man....
So way back in the mine
It’s cool ! Personnaly I live in Normandie so I visited all of the D-day beaches, it’s a good représentation.
that landing craft didnt take a direct shot it was arched because if it did come directly it would break the front door but it didnt
Brickmania you should make a stop motion video with this moc. I'm sure it will be awesome like the ww1 Australian amens guns one.
Oh my god... thi-this is amazing.. wow.. I can’t believe my eyes rn...
The soldiers are very cool i like everything!!! Thank you BEYOND THE BRİCK
I feel pretty small when I look at this compared to the fire engine and SWAT Van I built from scratch, I don't even come close!
PS the beach wasn't so long and there were barley any obstacles to hide behind on the beach which was one reason why so many died.
love this set up!
It’s amazing... I love this, i mean this is my fav war ever
Okay no one can deny that this is freakin awesome
this creation is a grate and all most accact build on D-Day but good job and good luck for future builds:)
Actually, the M4 Sherman tanks did not use those, they were tested and they sank too many times, so they decided were not going to use these however some of them decided they would still use them, and he’s correct about how the infantry beat them, and by the time the tanks got there the infantry had already secured the beach
Pretty cool idea, you can teach kids history with Legos
Suitable for all ages.
My dad would love this
i would say ask them to create a hadron colider scale model. that launches balls making them crash, {the balls fall into a return hole to bring them back to the start.}
Can’t wait to see the 3rd build for the third war
would cop if lego sold anything like this
WHAT!?
Wow I wish I had this to play with that would be fun
Yay, I love this battle.
The black tank thing on the beach is actually for the ships too be destroyed
what a story very cool
Oh and I saw a US soldier on the boats MG shooting his own team mate
3:03 why the lcvp landing craft has no driver in it
watching this channel inspired me to build a moc
If we had the anti tank floating device thing in modern days we could go anywhere in the water well it won’t be worth it
