Honestly, either is cool to see, but this is really cool, especially with the LST and the tanks and other vehicles being offloaded.
actually it's a pretty common technique (this build only stands out in terms of quantity), and as i've said in another comment it is the least realistic thing in the build ; it looks good though :)

“It’s historically accurate” has the ship very close to shore, hippos in the water, captain America driving around on a motorcycle, a creeper falling off a cliff, and a wine cellar

The water is a whole bunch of separate blue lego bricks piled on each other. That's incredible.
It’s very accurate. As you can see Captain America lead the army to victory.

That is completely accurate learn your history, we had mob spawning off but he wandered in, now Captain America is total nonsense

The artillery was fake they shoot charged activated creepers and that’s just one unactivated creeper
Don't forget the mermaid on the back
Wow! As a kid I always played with legos and to see how far it has gone today just blows my imagination away!

First thing that came to me when I heard this guy..
This is one of the best, biggest, and most accurate competition Lego diaromas Ive ever seen at any build competition, very impressive
This is so rad and a wonderful homage to our troops during WWII. Great job!

Yup.
ToxicStarGaming I know, but it’s really not even close, (for the beach)

FancyLlamas well they would have burried the remains and there are medics derping around everywhere so...
Jrheh Gwge what is a medic supposed to move 10s of thousands of bodies within a few hours even a day?
it was like 5000 but i can see your point.
They dedicated company sized elements for burial. Just sos ya knows

I can recognize, Jeep Willis, Sherman Ducks, M4A1 Sherman 75, 40mm Bofors AAA, M16 Halftrack, and TD M10 Wolverine. Really impressive work.
