awesome video! All around Texas tornadoes have been going around.I live in Houston, Texas and there was a supercell going around.thank goodness it did not spawn any tornadoes!!!maybe if you want to make more tornado videos, you should stay in texas!
@@drangel1155 me too
How you guys report? I assume you're skywarn but are ya hams or something?
I hope that tornado videos will come this year
idk how you guys ALWAYS do it, but you do! Awesome video, I was there and I couldn't find a vantage point anywhere all I could see were trees right in front of my face haha. What road were you guys on?
+BasehuntersChasing thanks for the response! Yeah I'm guessing you just have to drive around and look for a clearing on most occasions. Great video though you guys are just so consistent! Idk if people realize how difficult it is to actually see the tornado.
+James Burch and I was on US-59 as well I think I was too far south to see it anyways that thing took off
I tend to like to use Google Earth while trying to find good clearings. Especially in East Tx , or Dixie Alley where trees are very abundant. The Street Scene options works wonders too. Great vid , thanks for sharing.
I live in Marshall TX since I was 2 I've been living there for 8 years now I movednherenin 2009
"A Christmas miracle"
+EndermanPlayz good one !!! but i hope everyones O.K.
What is RFD and who do they report tornadoes to? This is so crazy I have never seen anything like it, thank god.
RFD is a key component in tornado formation, it is a rapidly descending stream of cold air that contains high winds, heavy rain, and even hail that wraps around the back of the developing tornado, it stands for "Rear Flanking Downdraft".
Storm chasers will report tornadoes to the National Weather Service in order to warn the public.
There was an EF-4 the day before in Dallas.
Around what time was this?
I believe he said 4:40 PM.
There was no tornado
it touched down on a good friend of mine property
did he make it out ok
+Kristina Nix yes
How are you not terrified of this!?
They're professionals
+Danielle G. I know but they have to get a little queasy, right?
+Jerry Lay well I guess when they say things like "oh that's a big one!" or "oh it's touching the ground" loudly. That's some way they are terrified, at least maybe they hide it pretty well
+Danielle G Hmmm... well I would shat myself...
+Jerry Lay wouldn't we all? xD
