    idk how you guys ALWAYS do it, but you do! Awesome video, I was there and I couldn't find a vantage point anywhere all I could see were trees right in front of my face haha. What road were you guys on?

      +BasehuntersChasing thanks for the response! Yeah I'm guessing you just have to drive around and look for a clearing on most occasions. Great video though you guys are just so consistent! Idk if people realize how difficult it is to actually see the tornado.

      I tend to like to use Google Earth while trying to find good clearings. Especially in East Tx , or Dixie Alley where trees are very abundant. The Street Scene options works wonders too. Great vid , thanks for sharing.

    What is RFD and who do they report tornadoes to? This is so crazy I have never seen anything like it, thank god.

      RFD is a key component in tornado formation, it is a rapidly descending stream of cold air that contains high winds, heavy rain, and even hail that wraps around the back of the developing tornado, it stands for "Rear Flanking Downdraft".
      Storm chasers will report tornadoes to the National Weather Service in order to warn the public.

    • @ravkaur2447
      @ravkaur2447 8 лет назад

      +Jerry Lay well I guess when they say things like "oh that's a big one!" or "oh it's touching the ground" loudly. That's some way they are terrified, at least maybe they hide it pretty well
