I was thinking of Medusa when I was watching the beginning of your excellent video. I too appreciate the silence. Terrific work, thank you for letting us see.
Thanks for the actual sound of tornado being heard/recorded!!! And without all the cussing/swearing!!!! Prob one of the best tornado captured video around for close & personal footage?!?!
Sorry I what I said to you at first that's the best footage I've seen recorded you doing an excellent job better than any of any of the rest I've ever seen
I'm watching the local news in Washington state, and they mention severe weather in Oklahoma with two fatalities. And at the same time I'm watching your footage. Great job!
Just the sound of those inflow jets is enough to give me the chills! Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if those aren't inflow jets, what are they? I really hope you get to film more footage, especially this year, because we have around 500 miles of storms and more to come this weekend according to the Weather Channel. I'm just in awe of that magnificent sound!
+Jess S Almost anywhere in Oklahoma is pretty prone to tornadoes, but I'd say the eastern half of the state gets them a bit more since it has more access to gulf moisture.
Just seeing this. I actually did pull into one of the houses, but the fire department was 30 seconds behind with trucks and equipment, so I moved out of their way. You'll rarely see it in the videos, but the emergency crews are always close-by ready to respond.
+Noelio Emerald-Isle I'm only basing this on living here for a long time. I think statistically somewhere between Oklahoma City and Amarillo, Texas. The so-called Texas panhandle and western Oklahoma are more active. There's a highway that runs north-south through Oklahoma and divides the state in half called Interstate 35 and I think usually west of that is more active. These tornadoes we just had started (for example) just west of I-35 and then moved eastward. You'd definitely want a GPS but, you know, there are people you can pay who take small groups out to try and see tornadoes. Why not just do that? They are actually trained. I've lived here sixty years and I've seen four (it would be five last Saturday but I was sheltering below ground). I've hidden underground no less than probably fifty five times. Even as a baby in arms my mother took me to an underground shelter. good luck.
Great video and sound of one of nature's deadly forces. People are able to get the grasp on what a tornado sounds like. I've always hear that they sound like a freight train. Well, I've been on a train, and a tornado doesn't sound like that.
Awesome video. The sound of the winds were really scary. That thing was pure evil. It was luck that it killed just one person. It had the potential to destroy a whole town.
I know this might sound ridiculous, but I think I was more terrified by the roping-out of the tornado, because I'm sure at a moments notice that it can recycle itself and get bad again (or so I may or may not have heard before). 🤷♂️
This is what I would tell your candidates you want support for. Folks this is only a suggestion might sound crazy at first. if you want to continue living on this land with this normal occurrence I recommend you build all of your structures under ground with a clear bullet proof dome covering the top for protection allowing in light. Still having all the above ground things you desire. Underground Barns, storage sheds, live stock sanctuary lots. You must think outside the box at how many of the same things you can use every day.I admit I didn't say it would be easy. You can live with nature and minimize your loses with the extra effort It is already being done in the west.
Do not be overwhelmed in these last hours brothers and sisters, this is our time to shine. Stand up for our Lord Jesus and help bring others to the kingdom before its too late. No matter how hard it gets, don't venture from the path that has got you this far! Keep looking up and do not get distracted by the many distractions all around us! Revelation 3:11 - Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.
+Greg Johnston Oh No! The tornado's sound was enough. If there were a need for anymore commentary, that could have gone in the comments section. I'm totally blind and have lived through two tornadoes, and those suction vortices were enough to remind me of that fighterjet sound. That was awesome! Were those suction vortices horizontal? How fast do you think those were going?
My idea of a big western tornado, A big scary fat funnel dark and very funnel shaped....very cool and thanks for not making it about you with a bunch of yakking abd cussing...kudos
What is great about this video is not only is the footage amazing but there is no yelling "TORNADO!!!" Great job.
Finally, someone who doesn't swear all through the video and does a great job on video taping.
Amen!
Exactly !! It's not attractive in any sense of the word to hear excited glees and f bombs especially when lives are at risk.
Great video! The best tornado audio that I've heard on a video.
When the tornado was making that whistling/whaling kind of sound, that's the first time I'd ever heard that! very haunting almost.
That's winds over power/phone lines whistling, not the tornado. even the fence wire along the side of the road on a windy day an "sing"
Wow.... The sound from that thing is just eerie, and the small vortises are amazing!
I was thinking of Medusa when I was watching the beginning of your excellent video. I too appreciate the silence. Terrific work, thank you for letting us see.
Scary, but beautiful.
The recorded sound.
RIP for those affected.
+jd dr.jkindle Yeah I know right. Its beautiful but scary! >.
Thanks for the actual sound of tornado being heard/recorded!!! And without all the cussing/swearing!!!!
Prob one of the best tornado captured video around for close & personal footage?!?!
Incredible footage Jacob. Some of the most impressive I've seen on RUclips. congrats.....
One of the most beautiful and photogenic tornadoes--great filming it from start, to monster, to rope! Love it!
Although so dangerous, yet, so beautiful.......mother nature at her finest
awesome footage dude. surreal sound.
Knowing what a tornado can do. That looked so peaceful and majestic.
Sorry I what I said to you at first that's the best footage I've seen recorded you doing an excellent job better than any of any of the rest I've ever seen
Beautiful! Amazing shots!
Damn! Excellent footage!!! Bravo!!
I'm watching the local news in Washington state, and they mention severe weather in Oklahoma with two fatalities. And at the same time I'm watching your footage. Great job!

+Rob Smith Twisted sisters! :)
Excellent my man now you doing excellent real good that's about the best I've seen so far
Awesome footage man!
was that a cow at 2:03?
It was an entire tree.
Great footage that lets the viewer study the anomaly. In this case we have the most photogenic tornado in history. Hear the roar!
Nice quality video of a magnificent beast!
Great video, smoking an I wanted to see some videos so thank you for a good one I enjoyed yours. Beautiful view of it, it's a beautiful tornado.
The longer I watch it the better it gets 😍
Just the sound of those inflow jets is enough to give me the chills! Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if those aren't inflow jets, what are they? Bizar! Wat zit daar in de grond/ aardoppervlakte dat daar tornado's ontstaan? Is de grond daar kouder of natter?
+Heleen Priem De grond is daar kut.

Wow! Amazing video. The sounds!!
what areas of OK have the most tornados?
+Jess S tornado alley
what towns? i dont know what towns/cities are in tornado alley
Jess S me too, i just know tornado alley :P
but you cant answer the question?
+Jess S Almost anywhere in Oklahoma is pretty prone to tornadoes, but I'd say the eastern half of the state gets them a bit more since it has more access to gulf moisture.
Elmore city The amazing world of Gumball
I would like to video a few tornados. I live in Kentucky and with all the hills around it makes it hard to capture tornados on video.
I live in Kentucky and the city I live in never had a tornado touch down.
+Jurney Unicorn Same. But I had an EF3-EF4 hit my town before. But I live in Kentucky too!! 😃
They're driving TOWARDS that???
That's why it's called tornado chasing
SuperTornadoGun
Everyone gangsta until the tornado starts chasing you.
What did it rank in the EF Scale?
EF2.
@@heatherstub *EF4 this was an EF4.
Wait a minute... They used the word "Elmore" for the show called The Amazing World of Gumball.

Jacob Dickey I'm glad to know that.
just going through a tornado warning on May 14 at 6:15 pm. ....REALLY SCARED
Yes
What is the best place in OK to base yourself, for Tornado season....based on historical data, to view Tornados....from Ireland
+Noelio Emerald-Isle I'm only basing this on living here for a long time. I think statistically somewhere between Oklahoma City and Amarillo, Texas. zyxmyk Sound man, i'll take that as sound judgement from a local...fair play
Interesting was for me to see how it lost energy and finally stopped. Good job.
Very incredible footage!
Multi-vortex, Stovepipe, Drillbit EF4 tornado. The first EF4 tornado of 2k16!!! 😀😃😄
Great video and sound of one of nature's deadly forces. People are able to get the grasp on what a tornado sounds like. I've always hear that they sound like a freight train. Well, I've been on a train, and a tornado doesn't sound like that.
That was so COOL I love the way it forms
this kind tornado can lift a vehicle?
yes, and it was recorded tossing a pickup truck at close range
nice work!
Fantastic footage - wow.
Is this Joe Exotics tornado
Awesome video. The sound of the winds were really scary. That thing was pure evil. It was luck that it killed just one person. It had the potential to destroy a whole town.
You nailed it!
Are you doing good at it you doing real good right now
nice multiple vortices but only an eF2
NO, EF4 multiple vortices = violent tornado
Nossa que coisa sinistra!!🎉🎉🎉
Very unique sounding tornado!!
I know this might sound ridiculous, but I think I was more terrified by the roping-out of the tornado, because I'm sure at a moments notice that it can recycle itself and get bad again (or so I may or may not have heard before). 🤷♂️
This tornado recycled into a massive mile wide ef3 with windspeeds of over 200 mph
*LIGHTNING DANGER!*
Open one window (only one to minimize wind noise). Position car and from well inside video out the open window.
2:13 Such a spooky sound.
Chewing up the country side and scaring the bejesus out of everyone in it's way...Intense!
That was unreal.
INCREDIBLE!!!

The tornado was awful because I thought it was head our way in Ada Ok and great video
+Dylan Ellis that the only reason it was awful? because it was headed "your" way? Not cool.
Mostro. He. Terrore. Mio. Gesù🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
use a lot of hairspray in Oklahoma!
+Nicholas Carter Thinning of the ozone layer actually would make the tornadoes stronger...

I wouldn’t be surprised but I am still curious how would that ever work.
Amazing 🤩
Wow man I would be speechless for words I would just keep filming with my camera and be quiet because I wouldn’t know what to say!
You typoed your watermark. Just a heads up. Great video though well done!

Not a clue, but there were radar trucks recording winds of 200+mph in a tornado that formed after this. Winds like that are so hard to record!
Reed Timmee please take notes from this gentlemen. Don't need to scream the entire time while recording.
That noise!
if i see this from my house i'd be in heaven!!!! I'd get out of the car and take a side shot of me and the tornado!!!
Crazy awesome !!
Fun fact: Tornadoes suck!!!!
