    I like fixing potatoes in a crockpot. Cool them. Refrigerate to get resistant starch. What's neat is the potatoes peel without a potato peeler...just use my fingers. No more scraping my knuckles with a potato peeler.

    I’m in my 70s keep faltering, keep doing for a few days and then gone again but I don’t mind as I think of success and failure or black n white as the same, for me how I think is as important as what I eat… whatever I do is all wonderful ❤

    Thank you for doing this series. I have been watching all the episodes today, and I'm really enjoying all the knowledge you've shared. I'm a 28 year old male who weights about 200 pounds. I justvread the startch solution, and I'm really excited to try this way of life. The paste few years my weight has been going up snd down from this keto diet craziness. Maybe it works for others, but it's just not sustainable for me, I feel like I'm literally starving all the time. A few questions, since you talk about calorie density would sweet potatoes and greens be healthy as a meal basis, or something like oatmeal fruit with greens be better. I'm worried because of the fat content in oats. Since oats contain a lot more fat than sweet potatoes and greens. "The fat you eat is the fat you wear", is emblazoned in my brain now. I ask this because oatmeal with fruit is probably my favorite thing to eat. Although for me I get into trouble with the peanut butter. Is oatmeal considered a startch. If so, I would love to have meals of just oatmeal with fruits and greens. Anyway, sorry for the long-winded response.

      I follow a very low fat plant based diet, avoiding all overt fats but enjoying oatmeal daily for breakfast, and am 102lbs at 5'2". The important thing is the AVERAGE calorie density, and cooked oatmeal is very low in calorie density. It might be better to go for potatoes or rice for the 10 day Mini, but I know some folks who have sucessfuly done oats and also corn, both of which are higher fat.
