So basically just go true to size for the fit. To avoid your foot to move up and down and also the materials will stretch out so it will give you a proper fit once it breaks in. Man, you're recommendation on the fit is a mess and terrible. Just be specific and go straight to the point.

I have been playing basketball for 24 years and I can honestly say that I have never felt compelled to wipe the dust from the bottom of my shoes.
The foam on this shoe looks nice and mushy 🤤

Actually even a stiff plastic can give you the spring that you wanted. It's not always carbon fiber. Best example of it is LeBron 20's carbon vs 21's stiff plastic.

I like the colors on this one. Much better looking. But price is a bit closer to market price for just about any other basket shoe. I believe the older ones go for under $100. And every basketball shoe you've reviewed has been around $150 or close.
