Hey you guys, we love watching you all. We wanted to let you know that we have a 1984 Titan 14x70 mobile home and we totally remodeled it. We bought it in 1993. We have done a lot to it along the way. We have vinyl siding on it and a shingle roof, it looks like a newer model now. We had it replumbed with plex and all of the electrical boxes changed out. We just wanted to let y’all know that there is somebody else out there doing what y’all have done. It’s so rewarding. We are debt free. We are pulling for you. Everette and Angela
I’m so great full for allowing each one of us in and out of your home as you fix it up. We have gotten plenty of tips on how to do things and what tools are good to purchase. As someone whose in the kitchen a lot myself, I bet Angela is thrilled to have a pantry. My kitchen is pretty small with only 3 small cabinets to store food, so I know how exciting it must be to have a designated space for food stuffs and kitchen gadgets that you don’t want in your way on counters. Shaping up nicely guys.

From you, I just learned the most wonderful thing ever!!! I did not know there was a way to turn a wire clothes rod into the standard round rod.... oh my gosh! I struggle so much with the wire rod... I will add those attachments to mine immediately!!!!
Your house is beautiful ! I have done a lot of caulk and paint finishing over the year. One trick I did develop was to use a damp paper towel for smooth out the caulk... not so messy on my fingers and it make the job go faster. Putting caulk in the space where the ceiling joins the wall sure makes it look so neat and not mobile homey ! I never saw a trailer.. not even a brand new one.. that was as complete as yours is looking now. Could yall come help me redo my doublewide down in Texas ... Your house has been my most favorite remodel job on YT. Thanks for sharing and hope you enjoy it for years to come. God Bless !

Sam, for a minute I thought you painted your nails to match the paint..LOL! At 36" we would be calling you Hobbit Sam! Man, those cordless Craftsman have really held up and that small 7 1/2 saw is workhorse. I was looking into that one and glad to see it in use for this long. I have several Craftsman tools from when they were sold at Sears. I am eyeing a few tools at Lowes. The trim work really makes it come together and Angela has done a great job on the making it look seamless. Great Job! MOVE IN TIME!!

First off Angela I'm jealous of your pantry! Mine is a modified large armoire we got from Big Lots. Second, I truly want to thank you for editing down the sound of the power tools. Some sites leave it as the normal sound and watch these videos on my phone with an earbud and it about blows my eardrums when they don't edit the sound. So thank you for being so mindful and basically having the sound through your entire video at the same level! You're getting so close to moving in! I'm so excited for you!
