I absolutely love the QuickJack. The peace of mind in KNOWING that your car isn't going to come down on you is priceless.

I literally just put mine together about an hour ago. After seeing how easy it lifted my vehicle I thought to myself “why didn’t I do this a long time ago?”

I track my car around 15-20 times a year. QuickJack is the perfect tool for my maintenance and track prep.

Nice. As long as it's safe,I think it's a good alternative.

Hi Scott! The first step to finding the right lift for you is to identify the curb weight (not to be confused with gross weight or gvwr) for your truck. Once you have that, it'll make the selection process much easier. If for instance, the curb weight is less than 7,000 pounds, you could use a QuickJack 7000SLX model. If it is over 7,000, BendPak offers a low-rise scissor lift that just might do the trick (albeit with out the extreme portability that QuickJack offers) and that would be the BendPak LR-10000 www.bendpak.com/car-lifts/low-rise-scissor-lifts/lr-10000/ The thing to know about low rise lifts and trucks is that how useful the lift will be depends on your trucks suspension. If the truck is lifted and/or on bigger tires, the lift becomes less effective as it has to go higher before it touches the frame of the truck. So make sure to check out the measurements before committing to a lift!

QuickJack doesn't compete with a two-post lift. There's simply no comparison there. A two-post lift has FAR more functionality. What a QuickJack does compete with, though, are floor jacks and stands, which are far cheaper and, in a lot of cases, safer. QuickJack just doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

it doesn't make sense if you just swap tires once a year, but for daily lifting vehicles it makes sense imo.

Except when you need to quickly and conveniently transport your lift system to another location for a myriad of reasons…. with a typical two post lift, it ain’t happening, and definitely NOT at the price point of a QJ system.
