I took my 12 year old granddaughter to Vegas for 5 days, two summers ago. It was so hot she didn’t even want to go to the pool. So lesson learned, no Vegas in the summer. We had a blast though.
LOL! It is hot in the summer but boy that dry heat has your hair looking fantastic the whole time! It was actually pretty chilly while Shay and I were there. We weren't expecting that!
Hi Shawna - my husband and I lived in Vegas for 17 years! I was used to living in big cities and when we moved to Vegas - nobody was living there. I said it felt like a bomb could go off and nobody would know. They all thought I was crazy, and it was too crowded. I worked as a realtor and in the 2000s there were 14K people a month moving there - so now it's well over 2 million people. Most of what you see on the strip didn't even exist. Have fun!!!

@@NoFriendLeftBehind Yes - I moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and half the big resorts on the strip weren't even there when I left. Though I have friends there and we go back and visit from time to time.
I just made my first sale! Had to report it here in the comments. It took over 2 months. I had over 500 not great listings and last week added some new designs with better quality listing and cha-Ching!

This vid is about Vegas! I love Vegas so much im Aussie (Sydney) but i love Elvis and the USA., and i actually got married in Vegas by “Elvis” in the Graceland Chapel!! It was a dream of mine since i was a teen. So there’s my Vegas tidbit 😂

I did list one but that suitcase shipping is SO expensive! I’m hesitant to list more.
Hey there! It is! I incorporated about half of it into the price I show and the other half as "shipping." I'm jealous of the UK price! I do know someone that has done well with them though! I think the design has to be custom or really serve a specific need like Bride and Groom gift in order to command the price!
Yes you can write that trip off I’ve done it a ton as a designer. You just need to keep all your receipts and proving you visited a place for inspo ( museum, gift shop etc) to prove you did research. You can’t write off going to see thunder down under though if not your niche :)
