awesome. tnx for ordering and doing quality check! Man that flower print kinda sus no wonder why they got a 7/10 :( . Most likely will be fixed as more people jump on. Great vid taylor!
Thank you so much! I think with the wildflower design it also may have been partly due to the design file that I got from Creative Fabrica! Sometimes they aren’t super high resolution which impacts designs also.
How does it work for multi countries? Can I use more than 1 supplier for different countries? Can I set Etsy up so that I have to confirm each order with supplier instead? I’m Canadian. I’d like to use one supplier for Canada and another for the US. It avoids potential delays with customs, shipping times, etc.
Hello Taylor. Just to clarify. You set a 20% off in your store. So you would price the glass cup with the lid and the straw for 31.24 USD and then the total will be 24.99 with the discount included, right?
Is there an alternative to everbee, I checked out the price and at 29.95 USD a month for an Aussie thats very expensive. Works out at $45.14 a month yikes that is more than my insurance costs a month. TOOOOOOOOO expensive
Hello, thank you for this video! Without Printify Premium, pricing at $24.99 for the lid and straw, are you adding an additioinal 6.99 for shipping as well, for a total listing of $31.98 or offering free shipping with a $24.99 cost?
Good afternoon. I noticed some sellers of this item have a “frosted” look on the glass part as opposed to the clear glass look. Do you know how that’s done? Thanks in advance!
@@TaylorPOD Maybe I am not looking for it in the right place. Based on the Avg. production time shown when I open the product on printify... I give you an estimate time taken from the last 30 days
Not a fan of the cups unless they are permanent htv or sublimation, not uv stickers. I used to make them its cheaper for the uv sticker, but the sublimation is permanent but can also ghost. I made them for friends, and the peeling issues were too high with uv stickers, so I used permanent htv and no problems. Please reasearch how they are made first. Look at how people make them online and let customers know how to care for them you will need a care card.
Just to have a product listed doesn’t mean it will sell. There are other factors to look into such as: •SEO: is your title and tags optimized with keywords that are proven by data to be high search volume and low competition? •listing age: how long has the product been listed? a brand new listing in a brand new shop can take 60-90 days to rank organically. If you’re running ads this can streamline this time period and also give you insight as to sticking points with your listing based off what is being spent in ads. •Design: always the rough advice nobody likes, but if a listing is fully optimized with great listing images, competitive pricing, targeted SEO that is proven with search volume, and you’re not seeing sales. The design likely needs improvement.
Customer pays $24.99 + $6.99 shipping. Total price = $31.98 Cost of product $11.09 Cost to ship $6.99 Total production cost = $18.08 Fees breakdown: Etsy listing fee $.20 Transaction fee $2.08 Processing fee $1.21 Total fees = $3.49 Total revenue minus total costs (31.98-21.57=10.41) $10.41 profit at a 32.55% profit margin.
Thanks for publish you have great content. Are you looking for a thumbnail designer who creates eye-catching Thumbnails to help your videos reach a wider audience?
OK so, Printify are selling this product that you are pushing at $9.83 with Printify Premium and $6.39 for delivery - totalling $16.22 all incl. cost price. I just checked on ETSY and Star and Popular sellers are retailing the same item at $13.99 with free delivery.! Therefore where is the profit? The only way to make money is NOT to use POD suppliers and produce it yourself perhaps? I haven’t checked the machinery coat and wholesale costs of these jars but i suspect the profits, if any, will be vapor thin. It’s kind of misleading what you are pontificating I believe!
Mine are almost ready!!! Working on mockups and SEO…
Etsy will be spammed with this product by tomorrow night😂😂
It’s already everywhere on Etsy lol 😂 for months now.
She's behind in her content for sure. This is old news. 😂

What kinda of glasses are those?
Been waiting for somebody to put a video on this!
Are you a new seller
Thanks for pointing out what a loss leader is. So do we look to have a cheap variation with every product we have?
I don’t recommend a loss leader strategy.
Hi Taylor! Thank you so much for this content! I have placed a few in my mug shop and hoping they will do well. I hope you have a great weekend!
That’s awesome! Thank you so much☺️
Do you have a video on using hello custom/personalization yet?

hola Taylor, siempre veo tus vídeos , muy útiles, que opinas de abrir una tienda pod en eBay, me cerraron la cuenta en Etsy.

Can you make a design video for these products?
Yes! Absolutely! Noted ✍️
This is super helpful, thanks! 😊

I’m Canadian. I’d like to use one supplier for Canada and another for the US. It avoids potential delays with customs, shipping times, etc.
Hi Taylor, I listed one of these on Etsy but unfortunately the option for with or without Lid and straw did not show up. Any thoughts?
You might not have checked off both variations as options when creating the product in Printify. I’d double check which variations you selected.
@@TaylorPOD Thanks. It turns out that the option is hidden by a drop down.

This price shared is without a discount so yes if you add a discount you definitely want to price up to accommodate it ☺️
@@TaylorPOD Thank you
It's not print on the glass cups isn't lazar cut. It's UV printing. Awkward styles has an blog article about it.
Excellent video! I just subbed!
Aw thank you so much!!
What about the 20 ounce skinny tumblers? They sell on printify for $22 but people are selling for $19.99 with free shipping.
Just curious what you are using for Mock ups.
I recommend purchasing mockups directly on Etsy! I have some linked in the description ☺️
When I first noticed this product, I knew that it would be great. It will be saturated now.

I also use eranks basic plan for keyword research!

Good afternoon. I noticed some sellers of this item have a “frosted” look on the glass part as opposed to the clear glass look. Do you know how that’s done? Thanks in advance!
I assume those are handmade sellers and just purchasing that type of glass to sell! Maybe in the future that will also be available on Printify ☺️
I also see that the average production time is from 2 to 7 business days. Did you set your production time up to 7 business days?
I do leave the production time set by the print provider to what it estimates to ensure items ship on time ☺️ I don’t modify that typically!
@@TaylorPOD Maybe I am not looking for it in the right place. Based on the Avg. production time shown when I open the product on printify... I give you an estimate time taken from the last 30 days
I just checked Printify and I don't see those specific ones anywhere. Can you please show a screenshot of where you found them?
They’re under glassware. They’re labeled “sipper glass”
@@TaylorPOD thank you, I ended up finding them under the Chill search.

How come you never mentioned tbe name of the glass though?
Are those drinking glasses called Mason?
They’re under glassware in Printify’s catalog. Labeled “Sipper Glass”
Sorry, please disregard my previous comment...I found the glass tumblers by Chill. It was labeled as something different.
What is it labelled as?! I can’t find it lol
They are called 'Sipper Glass' - I usually just filter to Glassware and easily find them there! :)
@taylorpod what font is this if you dont mind
I have it on my store and I have not gotten any sales

@@TaylorPOD I am going to retake a look at it, but I have used erank, tired to get my SEO as best as possible etc…
Thanks Taylor, I was thinking about these products.
Am I missing something with the math?
11.09 with lid and straw
+6.99 shipping
=$18.08
Priced at 24.99
Profit would be = 6.91 not 10.41
Customer pays $24.99 + $6.99 shipping.
Total price = $31.98
Cost of product $11.09
Cost to ship $6.99
Total production cost = $18.08
Fees breakdown:
Etsy listing fee $.20
Transaction fee $2.08
Processing fee $1.21
Total fees = $3.49
Total revenue minus total costs (31.98-21.57=10.41)
$10.41 profit at a 32.55% profit margin.
I feel like an idiot lol I shouldn't of added in the shipping cost. Thank you!
Omg haha no you’re totally fine! Math sucks 🥲🥲
I can’t see why anyone would buy my $24.99 glasses plus shipping when they are easily available on etsy for $15.99 or less. Help
