Shawna - my sales have exploded this week - what is going on?? I am following your niche guide very closely as to when to post - and I list mothers day shirts that sell the next day and I'm even selling frog shirts!! Keep in mind - my main niche is travel. I think your niche guide is really helping. I mean who would have thought I'd sell a frog shirt!!

Particularly helpful for anyone with adhd. I go down rabbit holes all day if I don’t have a plan (and sometimes I still do 🤫😬). One minute I’m researching a niche, the next minute I’m watching a woman living off grid, building her own cabin in the woods. lol 😅 There are so many distractions at home and being accountable only to yourself sometimes makes it easier to allow those things to keep you from being productive.😬
This is 100% me!! It is hard to focus on only one thing at a time.
LOL!!!! It is so easy to go down these rabbit holes! Another thing that really helps me is setting timers during my scheduled time. It keeps me a bit more on task and really shows me how much time I am wasting if i geet sidetracked and not accomplish my mini goal during that timer!

I’m of the AuDHD variety and relate sooo hard. I need timers, lists, and more and more. And even then it’s a solid maybe if I ever can make it happen. Also a mom of 4 neurodivergent kids. So it’s always a lot at our house. 😂
Good Design in an In Demand Niche in an in Demand Product - wrote that down and repeated it to myself and have it on a sticky note by my laptop. Yes we need to tell ourselves that over and over as that is the combination we strive for.

This is awesome. Thank you for sharing your ETSY/POD schedule! You are right about needing to actually “schedule” the time. I am thinking I may modify slightly to include 2 design days and 2 listing/mockup days in the week. Those are the two areas that take up the most time for me. Haha.

Listing a new product type is always time consuming! Just add a new product once in a while! Before you know it you will have a couple of different products! I am so glad you enjoyed this video!!! You got this!

Such a great video! I will probably watch this one several times! I wanted to let you know that I am hanging in here...I have had 4 orders this week. Not at all what I was doing in the 4th quarter even though I've been adding lots of evergreen designs. Cross your fingers that things continue to pick up. If it wasn't for you, I would have given up last week!
I have my fingers and my toes all crossed! You just keep at it and in a few months that 4 for the week will become 4 a day!!!!
Hey Shawna, I absolutely love this video. My schedule definitely won’t look like this but I have some evening time each day after my son goes to bed (I work too) but I have to say, the more I listen to you (actually do what you suggest), the better I’m doing. My designs are better, I’m on top of stats, I 100% agree that this can’t be skipped. I also only recently put more time into research and brining my own twist to what I design. Hi, Ms. Simply Shawna. I just ordered 2 different types of laser cutters/engravers, so my handmade business is about to expand (my resin/tumbler business already keeps me busy enough, but I want to migrate to laser products). I surely need help with my schedule. Last night, I was up until 5:00am (It's usually 3:00 or 4:00). I get up about 9:00am - so about 4 hours of sleep a night. But I often also fall asleep sitting at my desk for a bit. Thanks for another GREAT video!

@@shawnalynn2083 I actually had a disaster last night! I messed up about 40 of my already published to Etsy shirts and wound up deleting ALL of my 95 listings! I’m starting over with the same store and have one design listed so far. I think this was meant to happen though. I’ve learned so much in the last two month so I’m on a roll now. Yikes!

Hey Shawna! Love your stuff. Your videos are so helpful. I’m curious if listing only 1-2 days a week works! I’ve been open and listing for 3 months, doing research, creating my own designs, but listing 4-5 and sometimes 6 days a week but only 1-3 designs each day. I have not a single sale yet. I am a busy mom and do what I can when but it’s getting discouraging to not have even 1 sale. I’m just not sure what to tweak but curious if posting less times a week is preferred. Thanks so much!

Shawna, you are a lifesaver! I was doing all of these things everyday and feeling stuck!! I can see this method helping me so much, Thank you!! I have a question about listing items to Etsy. Do you also list items to Printify? I am really worried that my mockups won't match the print area when they are uploaded to Printify. Do you just skip listing to Printify and only list designs when an item sells? Can't thank you enough, Shawna!!
Hey there! For the whole first two years I only listed in Etsy and synced after I had a listing start selling. I was worried about this too! But play around a pit in Printify so you get a really good idea of where the designs will sit so you feel confident when you put your mock ups together! I pretty much just blow up everything to fit the whole space and I have never had a complaint about this!
Hi Sahwna this was awesome thank you so much!!! I do have a question. Shan you make the template for listings do you just keep using same color shirts? And same exact mock up? I have some listings that can be sold to men and women do you recommend using both male and female mock ups? Sometimes I just over think stuff and I end up buying more mock ups ugh!!!

Hey there! These products have a natural spike in colder months but really do sell year round! THey will make great additions to your shop!
Hey Shawna! QQ: When you bulk design; ie, a professions shirt that is the same design featuring individual professions. Do you set all of those up in Printify along with etsy at the same time or do you list all of them and see which ones sell then set up in Printify? I'm sure it's good practice to set up both etsy and printify but can it be counter productive?
Hey there! That is a great practice but it slows me down! I usually duplicate in Etsy and sync it up later if it starts to sell! Hope this makes sense!
I love these tips! I have a question though. I know you do A/B and at times A/B/C testing. Does this mean that for the 10-15 Designs you are doing 20-30+ listings in one week?
Hey there! I'm glad you enjoyed this video! And yes! When I do A/B testing it does mean double the listings (and for me I never do less then at least 15 new designs for the week.) So If I am A/B testing a majority of these designs it might mean 25 to 30 listings for the week. Hope this helps!

Hey Shawna, I have been following everything you teach for months and have been posting about 10 items a week but none of my listings are getting visits! Each day since the first half of January, I am getting between 3-8 visits total! I have all the info cards, all the good mockups, SEO validated with eRank, AND of course, I have picked niches from your calendar but nothing is working so far. Do I just keep going? I only have a couple hundred listings and many of them are Christmas ornaments so maybe I just don't have enough in each niche? Any advice you have would be so appreciated!
Hi there, I'm just reading through all the comments on here and noticed yours. It made me think of something that I saw on a different RUclips channel the other day, The RUclipsr mentioned in passing that of all the ornaments she ever made. She only has ever sold personalized ones. So I wonder if that's maybe the first problem. And secondly, you're probably not going to sell a lot of ornaments this time of year, but maybe by October and November you'll have so many made that you'll do really well
Hey there! PODBEGINNER gave some great insights here! Sounds like you really need to round your shop out! Ornaments are not going to get much traction right now. Maybe the occasional sale to the expecting mom, wedding present, or new home buyer to commemorate the event (all personalized) but very few people in general are looking for ornaments now so it makes sense your views would totally plummet if this is the majority of your listings. ANd yes.... Push through! I will always encourage you to get it figured out and to JUST KEEP GOING!

trying to purchase your calender, i have tried on a couple of computers, how do I do that? there is no scroll down button to find a purchase or add to cart, I have been trying, what am I doing wrong?
When I open the link in the info box, the purchase button is on the bottom of the page, where you also need to put your card information etc.
I had the same issue. Try zooming out. I had to get to 67% to see the whole page with the purchase info
So, you don't upload something everyday following this plan? I thought the consensus was you should upload something everyday? Maybe I'm wrong?
