Laser engraving products. Tumblers, cutting boards, leather patches, etc. I just signed up for EverBee and I went ahead and upgraded. I hope this works for our small business. 😉
Thank you for the video. I had no idea where to start! I am most comfortable designing and selling in two somewhat connected areas: ceramics and household linens. In ceramics I love doing mugs and ornaments, in the household linens I really like doing table runners, placemats, and napkins.
I love your videos as they are very clear and in the most part detailed. One piece of info I would like clarification on is the numbers. So the “worker bees” you refer to as the number of monthly searches in the Etsy search bar, are these the number so far in the current month or the number in the last 30 days? Also, and more importantly, what is seen as a good number to indicate a popular search term. I see some in 10s of thousands which I am sure is good but what about 200? Or 500? On a similar note, when looking at the number of products based on a search term in the analytics dashboard, would a large number be an indication of a saturated niche? Or should I just be looking at the number of products that have at least a certain number of sales? Hope that all makes sense 😃
Leslie, you're amazing. I love how excited you get when you see exceptional listings. I am just starting and plan on upgrading later but it has made me even more excited than I already was. I love analytics so this is perfect.
I am a pod seller, was selling K-pop t-shirts on Etsy. Even though I created the design by myself, I feel like it's hard to stay free from IP infringement. That's why I'm watching this video, I wanna change my niche to something else.
I am selling 3D printed items like dice towers, video game console decor, and cutesy fidgets. I feel like so many people are doing POD and it it talked about so much! I would love for there to be more for people not in that space.
Great host! Very clear and concise useful information for sellers on Etsy. I do have everbee and have been doing my research in keywords, but didn't know about the built in Google trends feature..very cool! I also like the calculator to figure out profit gains.

Been watching you for a long while, always loved very informative! I likento draw. So I sell digital art, mostly PNGs for sublimation... so I want to do my researching before the crafters so I can have the designs ready for them when they are 2 months ahead of the rush.
Well, I have probably made every mistake in the books as a so far unsuccessful POD entrepreneur, but the biggest one is not having a tool like Everbee to research products. It's all good because while I was practicing, I became a pretty good designer. My current store is a roaring twenties themed store, which I'm not sure has a lot of demand, so I just got Everbee to research ideas either for my current store or to start all over from scratch and come up with a winning strategy.
Hi thank you for the information, I’m having a hard time finding the product research tool that tells you the competition, how many sellers and how many searches the demand of the product , do you know which one is that ? I remember seeing one that had the green yellow and red box indicating if theirs is a lot of competition ect .
New Everbee user. This video helped a lot. Once you have a keyword list, how do you determine the best ones to use? I've seen videos say different things. Some say focus on high volume, but it seems it would be hard for me to compete against long running shops with those keywords. I see the keywords large shops use and it looks like they mostly focus on high volume. Some videos say focus on low competition so I stand out, but it seems those keywords wouldn't drive enough traffic to my site. Very confusing.
The Growth Plan Annual costs $239 and I can see that it offers a lot of value. However, the price seems expensive to me. Can you provide me with a promo code to purchase it?
Merci
Cody, I have no idea how to unlock the important columns in the analytics, nor how to make the chrome extension work, although i have opened it in the apple store. i need help!
Just noticed there are issues with the filters. When selecting "Keyword Score" as column, the Operator does not provide a lesser then or greater then for a scoring range.
@@helloeverbee Your video asked for verticals that people are in to help direct additional content. Do you have videos to help in this vertical or plan to in the future?
I plan to open a shop that gives people the ability to download digital art bundles for various categories of art, such as contemporary, abstract, vintage, etc. I'd also like to know if you are able to consult directly.
When you are talking about the sales/income a product is making, you aren't taking into account if that the item is on sale, and actually making half of the amount that everbee shows.
You’ll need to go to the chrome web store, type in “everbee” into the search bar and download! Then they should populate once you sign into your Etsy account.
You are doing sth wrong! @8.28 , The revenue is showed on Everbee is calculated with the price that discount was not applied. I mean that if you divide the Est. Mo. Revenue to Est. Mo. Sales, it is $66.50 which is the price before 40% discount applied, which means the actual revenue for that specific example , is $12.927.
Great video, however if I may reccomend - While you are showing the app itself, covering 1/4 of the screen with your face can be infuriating for someone who wants the overview of how the app works.
That's a great question! And I agree with the commentor below, it depends on whether or not someone is actively looking for something like this. HOWEVER - Etsy requires anything you sell to be MADE by YOU. So a MRR wouldn't work because you'd be selling work someone else created. If you can create a guide, course, workbook, etc. yourself, however, this is always in demand.
Can you filter more than one word per search. for example if I don't want the word "Mockup" included in search results and I put that in the filter to exclude, can I only do one word? It seems that is the case. I sure would be helpful if I could filter MORE than one word at a time. Because when looking for say a flower shirt, I will exclude mockups if they keep popping up in results, but if SVG also pops up a lot, I can't filter that one too. I'd have to do another search and change the filter?
I've seen "sarcastic" or "inappropriate" coloring pages do SUPER well on Etsy, maybe thinking of a way to add something of that nature to your shop? Maybe also adding in PERSONALIZED coloring pages where they can change the quote, name, etc.?
Thank you for the video but stop misleading people... these sellers are NOT "making" 170k, that's their sales number... Now, tell us how much they're netting. What margins are they running?
