This is amazing! This man could sing Phantom of the Opera or Love Never Dies. His voice is wonderful. Congratulations on a fine performance that could be a hit in England or the US. I feel privileged to have heard him.
This is so good! So well done, well sung and acted. It just goes to show, you don't need fancy sets and special effects to accomplish something truly excellent.
In “why does she love me?”, I love the “beneath this mask I wear” as he looks at his drink...very profound! Very good show! Sorry I’m a bit late but very glad to have found this
That was lovely! The singers were all very good, and little Gustave over there chilling and listening to Beneath a moonless sky had me cracking up, what a cute kid! I especially loved the Raoul, his solo was never very remarkable to me in the original versions but this one nearly moved me to tears. All of you did a fantastic job!
Big fan of Love Never Dies and only just finding this video now. What a treat to hear and see this. Everyone is in perfect character and voice. A very welcome change to the originals that have consumed my ear. Much preferred this real interpretation and artistry. Well done!
Excellent!! I have just found this verdion . Very beautiful voices! Singers should go to other countries to make themselves better known. Bravo! Congratulations to the producer. Hope you have got the best marks with this show. Love you all. Romania...so far away from west Europe.
Wow! The adaptation I didn't know we needed! That all worked so beautifully! It's funny, it both worked better without the Giry pair bits and also felt like it was missing something lol. The singing all round was phenomenal!!!! Where was it performed? They have lovely accents. I did miss The Beauty Underneath not being in there but I see how it needed to make the cut for the sake of consistency and pace. The performances were good (a bit too much 'hand acting' from the actress playing Christine, but she made up for it in her emotional responses). Jolly good anyway, very well done 👏
What gets me upset that is that someone on TikTok is claiming that this was made illegally. It just shows that they did not do the research on this video before hand and look at the description or the comment section. This was made for a project and wasn’t made to be sold as an actual show which means no this wasn’t made illegally and you weren’t trying to make money with this video. I just wish people would do research before they start claiming things🤦♀️. But besides that I think you did A phenomenal job and I really hope you got as much as you deserve from working hard on this❤️
Wow, thank you guys. I was actually very blessed to be able to focus just on the show for 6 months as the director and had a great team of 50+ volunteers, actually Tiberius Simu (The Phantom) was my opera class professor and he agreed on helping me with the show and Alina Maria Grigore (Christine) is currently one of my yearmates - I'll leave her youtube channel address here for you guys so you can check her videos out, she's doing lots of great Disney covers - ruclips.net/user/AlmyDisneySparkle . Regarding the mask, I wasn't inspired to buy a original one online. A friend of mine who studied theater made one using commedia de'll arte mask making technique but it ended up too heavy and bulky so just 3 hours before the show I was running around the city trying to find a good mask and this is all I could find. I appreciate your compliment.
I like this version better than the original Love Never Dies (and all of the revised versions, too). I like that Raul is responsible for the ending here. Very cool! Well done!
CoalDiamond- TheMagicRogue Yes, of course. Any show which is made under an academic dome does not require copyright, because it is not intended to be sold as a show, Neither one of the members of the cast or crew has received any sort of remuneration... well, except a drink after the show, of course.
He was more of an operatic tone than a musical theatre tone. If you have more of an operatic voice, you use more vibrato than a usual musical theatre voice. Take Alfie Boe, Peter Lockyer, and Scott Davies as examples.

He would be an amazing Valjean!!!

He has a great voice.
Great performance by everyone
Filipe has a wonderful voice
Christine sounds like Anna O'Byrne,i love it.
@Yaneth Maldonado Thank you so much! This is such an old recording now, though, so it means a lot!😊
Filip Andrei Frandes, congratulations! Hope you received your master degree with this production! Love you
Thank you! I did, back in 2019.

That phantom mask is bothering me so badly lol. Everything else is flawless

Dude, you are Phantom material
You mean the singer or the producer ?
Singer
Scott Hamp - Tiberius Simu is his name. This is his fb profile - facebook.com/profile.php?id=530636582
She doesn’t sound like a soprano. She sounds like one of the deeper tones.l
Everything about this is phenomenal! What was this a project for?
Meghan it was my admission project for my masters degree in musical theatre directing in Cluj-Napoca Romania
@@frandes2k Cool!
That ending though
Subscribing. I'd love to see where you climb up to. Great work.
I'm curious, where and why was this performed? Is this a theater school? It's amazing!
It was my audition for masters in directing of musical theatre at the "Gheorghe Dima" Music Academy in Cluj. I succeded. :D
Congratulations! I love it!
Thank you. It's my first project and I'm looking forward to making more :D

moonless sky
korea 더빙?
Nope, Romania
Pacat de Simu. Ad libitum e mult sub ce poate el...
Too much vibrato and mics too close to their faces
Thank you! Will take that into consideration.

Where is the mask?
Someone is gonna get sued.
I have only one queston - WHY the hell?
Why what ?
@@frandes2k why the hell was this show made
Juliya Avidor It was my admission project for my masters degree
Filip Andrei Frandes Well done!!!
