I'm trying to convert a custom model to GTA SA, but I can't get the textures to work with the DFF file I created. I tried running a dff check using TXD workshop, and there is no textures assigned to the DFF file, even though it has textures assigned to it in Blender. I've tried Googling an answer, but I've had no luck. If there is anyone reading this that has the answer, please let me know!

Because I been seen some animated gta sa movies were made in blender, and I want to try to make something like them. It would be better, if u will record some videos about this. Sorry, for mistakes, my english isn't perfect.
Hi. There's no IFP support currently. As for the pants question it's the same process as I showed in this video. I am releasing a video in October or November though. Stay tuned for that :)

@@SOMYST13 i have problem with dummies in dff viewer when i import a dff in blender and then export dff file i go to dff viewer to check it out but the dummies messed up... how you do it corectly?

there are a couple of other things to do before exporting it, did you merge it with a sample SA model? Also what kind of model is it, character, weapon, vehicle etc
I want to cut some object from vehicle model and attach it to the ped model, so basicaly i'm merging a ped model with a part of vehicle model... but exported dff looks corrupted, game crashes... i don't know how to fix it... something is wrong with object from vehicle model, game somehow detects it doesn't belong to ped or smth... i guess Have you got any similar issues before, may i ask for advise, please?
So why would it be that for head swaps you didn't mess with vertex group but for bandana you needed to put it under head? I was trying to put a model from SketchUp over another custom model and Ctrl J them. When I got into the game the custom model shows but the SketchUp model that's supposed to be joined is not there at all. Is it because vertex group?
because the head you take from another ped already has the correct vertex groups. it's not a bad idea to tweak them if necessary. and yes, you'll need to edit the vertex groups with models from sketch up and such

go to edit mode..select all the vertex..click on mesh tab then merge and click merge by distance
