Holy Crap Dev, GREAT JOB!! I have never heard this band, first listen! You need to steal that studio more often! Your musical description/reviews are very good! QOTSA sounds like a great ride! I would totally let you (unreluctantly) drive my 69' Camaro (I wish I owned. The CAR Dev!) and go for a cross country adventure!! Yes, Mike you can come along, though I replaced out the back seats for a rollbar. 😉😀😃 Thanks Dev!!
Dang dude, that's a nice car, real or otherwise. Once upon a time, I told a mechanic friend I wanted to refurb a Chevelle with a bio diesel engine. He looked at me like I was stupid. Growing up, I know what he meant now.
Yours is the first review I’ve seen that truly knows you gotta take a deep breath and go in on their ride NOT yours….this isn’t Metallica nor do they want to be…even though it would add a few zeros to their bank accounts….but if you share their desire to be musical journeymen there isn’t a more satiating box of ear candy in all of the land….love your perspective on it and like the record itself, your choice of words gave me the chills a few times too…SALUT!

I usually only listen to their complete albums, never skipped a track till #8 on ITNR, but I ain't mad at it lol...Leg of Lamb or Long Slow Goodbye been bouncing round my head lately...
