i have a ledge bar thing on my ceiling low enough that i can touch it probably a bit over 7ft, could i do the workout without a ball just touching the ledge? edit: i modified this workout to what i could do, 25left layups, 25right layups, 20 same foot layups, (10 each) 30 layups off of any imaginary move like the in & out. Would this still help me improve my finishing ability coach? or at least maintain it

by touch i mean jump and reach
i think that would be good to get your body conditioned but you need to practise with a ball aswell

Just aim in towards the hoop but it depends on how high you aim for and far you are from the hoop
