Not a lot of people work on defensive drills majority of hoopers are sooo focused on working on things like crossovers or other moves but not this stuff but coaches love defence more than anything. If you can defend and get stops a player with those skills is a deadly defender coaches would take players like that in a heart beat.

That’s actually what I’ve been trying to do for months lol, I play pick up basketball every week, I just get so caught up in the games that I don’t even think about telling somebody to record for me…but I’ll make sure this week or next week I try to get some footage of me playing defense💯 & thanks for the sub
