Vert Shock is a total game changer! I went from barely touching the rim to throwing down dunks in just a few weeks. You can find it here while it's still available: ruclips.net/video/XSwHcXpwD0o/видео.html To anyone who wants to increase his vertical jump as well: - Focus on exercises that target the muscles used in jumping, such as squats, lunges, calf raises, and deadlifts. Incorporate both bodyweight exercises and weighted exercises to build strength. - Plyometric exercises help improve the power and explosiveness of your muscles. Include exercises like jump squats, box jumps, depth jumps, and bounding in your workout routine. - Work on your jumping technique to optimize your performance. Practice jumping with proper form, including using your arms to generate momentum and landing softly to reduce impact. See you guys when you reached your vertical jump goals!
All great advice. BTW I watch a lot of your video lately and I really appreciate like your tone/choice of word on this one. A lot of your other video had a few snarky remark/provocation. I don't get why you do that. It gives you the image of a frustrated coach that no one listen to who thinks he better than everyone else. Hopefully that is not true. Don't let resentment creeps in. You have truly original training method and you know your stuff. Your channel is going to explode in no time.
Great video! Tons of value for 11+mins invested. Great job Coach White. For Pat: don't waste time trying to get into pros, you are not Lebron's son and not Cooper Flagg (if this hurts your feelings, consider adding mental training course as well). However - you WILL BE successful at any path in life you choose because of the high caliber work ethics and tougher character which you've acquired through your training. Much respect and wish you guys the best of luck!
In my opinion and this works for me : always look where’re your teammates at the court before getting the ball. This will help realizing where’re all of your teammates at + knowing where all the defenders at
I’ll say this, building muscle does help, but basketball is all about working smarter, not harder, I would definitely recommend watching Luka Doncic, and Jalen Brunson, they’re not the strongest, and the fastest players, but they’re really good at using different things to their advantage, Joel embiid is another good basketball player to watch too.
I don’t know your current skill level, so I’m going to go with some very basic stuff. If I oversimplified, I apologize in advance. 1. When you’re shooting around at home or at the park, try to get the ball before it makes one bounce. This will get you used to catching it. As well, it will help you to predict where the ball is going to go after it hits the rim and/or backboard. It may seem overly simple, but it’s effective. 2. Take a ball. Find a wall that you’re allowed to bounce a ball off of. Underhand throw the ball against the wall. Because you are underhand throwing it, the ball will rotate forward, and it will bounce off and up - allowing you to practice catching the ball in the air. Practice with both hands. Practice with one hand at a time. Practice timing your catch at the highest point that you can jump. 3. Boxing out is huge for most people. Find a friend, parent, neighbor, anyone who will help you. Practice boxing him/her out. Make contact with your body against the other rebounder as soon as the shooter is shooting it. Rebounding, a lot of the time, is about effort and positioning. I’ve had small players who out-rebound tall players all day. Hope this helps!
I'm not even interested in becoming a top basketball athlete but I can go ahead and tell you probably college first because of hand checking being allowed
In your drill where you hopped over mats before finishing, I was wondering if you were to hop on the same foot both times, or if you were supposed to alternate?
I can do 60 push ups straight and 4 pullups at 13 years old, and this took only 3 months of 20 pushups straight everyday, do i have good genetics or is this common, btw this video was helpful for being pretty short like me
$$$ in the end women always seek the big numbers on the bank account, even the non-diggers. They talk about height, but if you're self cared and financially thriving, you'll be best option. If not cuz u're short, they're stupid. Most are overrated. Focus on yourself man, dotch away needy feelings , women comes and goes. Then If one stays and cheers u up when u down, it could be the one worth and settle.
There's a guy on the raptors right now who's 5'8. Three active full time players are 5'10. You can get to Springfield under 6 feet but you have to work 50 times harder than anyone else.
Former bball D3 player and fitness owner... This is some of the best stuff I have seen

You can’t “just” make it in the NBA. Especially when you’re 5’8

This mindset is phenomenal. I've thought this way for a long time, you've proven it. Fantastic video.

Hi there! For the strength department are the goals the same for women? Great vid! Thank you
I wouldn’t know any reason why not. If you can do those goals as a woman you’re probably gonna be one of the absolute strongest on the court 🫡
is it better to watch NBA or college games for game analysis??
Both

hey, im 5'9 at 13. Is that an okay height for my age? I also need help with shot consistency as my form goes all over the place whenever i shoot 😅
That's really tall for 13
Maybe my dad was right, thanks for the tips.

Isn't the third drill inaccurate as in an actual you will never run in a straight line and ball handling is all about changing directions and pace?
Hi pat
But how do i do all this in 1 week
You can it in a week but everything takes time, you have to practice
How can I dunk
