    From my personal experience, I can tell you that this worked like a true miracle! I played like an idiot in my high school gym where we'd play in teams, and most times I wouldn't even try defending, let alone playing offense, but I did this over the summer of this year, and I've entered my junior year as an absolute god! I still have to work on my defense, but I can really play offense now thanks to this drill that helped me get my dribbling in shape. Definitely practice this every day, best thing is you don't have to do this only for 5 mins you can go up to even an hour if you're dedicated!

    Awesome instructions!! You are gifted at explaining and demonstrating the different skills sets.
    I like the fact that you don’t do any unnecessary or fancy moves like the AND-ONE league.
    Every move that you demonstrated made it very easy to attack the opponent and get to the rim.
    Keep up the good work,, this is Alan, GREETINGS from Riverside in Southern California. God Bless you my friend!!

      this was happening to me too but i believe he’s going faster than we can so we couldn’t recognize the drill properly, i had my dad explain it to me and i think you were doing it wrong if it was the same as me, it is like a cross with two dribbles the first dribble isn’t just a really low dribble, it’s kind of like a quarter of the crossover, if you normal cross and the ball hits the ground and the ball hits the ground in the middle then the first dribble would be quarter of the way and the second bigger one would be a bit past middle. ik im late and might not make sense but hopefully this helps if you never figured it out 😭

    This is awesome!! Thanks. My son is in Junior High School and is in the basketball club. He injured his righthand at training so can only use his left. He is currently practicing dribbling and lay ups with his left hand. Is there a particular workout he could he could do? He can't use his righthand at all. Thanks again!!

    Whenever i do these dribbling drills, my lower back stress is INSANE. I cant be bent over like that for long, how do I work this out? I swear im not out of shape, i keep my lower abs flexed when dribbling but shit i dont even kno mayne

    • @catcountry0099
      @catcountry0099 2 года назад +2

      Bend your knees and lower your hips, instead of just bending your back. Also could be a sign that you need more strength in your hamstrings and glutes.

    Your chain is very professional. Does it add +10 will-power? Is it getting you more buckets? Do you use it as a hypnosis device cause I didn’t even want to look at the ball after laying my eyes on that beaut. If you polish it, will the shine blind your next opponent? Where can I get one of these must have ballin accessories? My average points will def shoot up 5.5 more per game if I could grace my neck with such fantastic bling.
    Really though, I did enjoy the drill and for that you have earned respect.
