  • In today's video, G2G trainer Braxton Bonds gives you day 1 of a 30 day program G2G has built to prepare you for the upcoming basketball season.
    If you would like to get yourself better you NEED this program before the beginning of the season. The program is less than $2 a day. 30 days for $50! Whether it be to enhance your skills or fine tune them before the beginning of the season this is a program specifically designed to prepare anyone.

    Right Hand High Pounds - 20 Seconds
    Right Hand Mid Pounds - 20 Seconds
    Right Hand Low Pounds - 20 Seconds
    Repeat Left Handed
    Circles Around the Right Ankle - 10 Reps
    Circles Around the Left Ankle - 10 Reps
    Figure 8's - 10 Reps
    Right Hand Windshields - 30 Seconds
    Right Hand Push/Pulls - 30 Seconds
    Repeat Left Side
    2 Pound Cross - 10 Reps
    1 Pound Cross - 10 Reps
    Crossovers - 20 Reps
    2 Pound Between the Legs - 10 Reps
    1 Pound Between the Legs - 10 Reps
    Between the Legs Continuous - 20 Reps
    2 Pound Behind the Back - 10 Reps
    1 Pound Behind the Back - 10 Reps
    Behind the Back Continuous - 20 Reps
    Cross Between the Legs - Half Court and Back
