Probably a better way, but this worked for me- besides polyurethane is nearly indestructible. Green - Soft (formerly pink), Orange - Med (formerly white), and Blue - Hard (no first generation option.) Leave comments if you "have physically, not in theory" found a better way(s).

Sweet skates brother. I bought some almost identical to those, same plate, but with no hole for the toe stop. I love them. got them circa 1997 and I still use them to this day. I watched your video because I need to dismantle mine, polish them up, and adjust the pressure on the cushions. Your video was very helpful. I definitely need these tough, awesome plates to support my fat butt. LOL

What model and size is that boot? The plate fits perfect... I just ordered a 10 1/2 riedell 811 and a proline 750.. over $1000 bucks so I'm trying to get the best fit abviously! Thanks😊
