I'm from the area.....I live in nearby Houston....Been fishing this jetty since 1980....Anglers always help each other out here.....no matter race, creed, or color....I've had several people help me bring fish in that I didn't know......And vise versa.....Great catch.....I enjoyed this vid a lot!
Earl, it's not necessary to say "No matter race, creed, or color"-especially when it's people like me i.e., those you described, who'll help in situations like this without giving any thought to that issue. Btw; there are many ethnicity's, but only *one* race-the human race; made in the image of God.
I have fished often at the jetties of freeport with a lifelong friend, David Garza. I can almost see us there helping. I was able to help an angler land a 52 " bull red at the very end of the jetties. Now my friend is in a rehabilitation cemter with a life-threatening flesh eating fungal infection. I only hope and pray that we will be able to do it again someday. Great job on catching the shark and great teamwork... Fish long and fish hard!
patrickglbreath, did your friend once worked as a probation officer with juvenile. his name sound familiar and love fishing; he once gave me some fish. Thanks and God Bless
Awesome video man. Big one off Sufside. That's what we want to see. Great to see everyone come together to put it up on the rocks too. Stay safe brother.
Excellent landing what a beast, that Bull shark put up one hell of a fight. When catching any shark that I'm going to keep as well as bleeding thoroughly we always remove all of the fins, head, and tail of the shark as it really helps to stop that ammonia going through into the flesh of the shark... Cheers for the reel swish filming too...
Bro you got on them fish! Awesome catches! The jetty are always fun to catch because you can catch just about anything going through there. Thanks for another awesome fishing trip! 🌟🎣🐟💪💯
Yo BBF!! Great job landing that bull. So cool of that brother to help you out, you would have been there a long time without his help. Bless you my friend!! Tight lines!!
I was exhausted just watching you bring that beast in! That guy that helped you was brave as hell to be on the edge with no corkers on. Your gear is Elite AF to land it.
I live in deep South Texas and almost every other fisherman or angler i run into is super cool and everyone gets along. However, some of the people from other Countries that visit or live here, are the complete opposite. Alot of those people beg for your catch, cross lines trying to take your spot, taking your spot after you're dealing with unhooking a fish, etc. Those are the ones that seem to piss all of us true anglers off. Great vid, nice bull. We have had a 6-7 ft Bull roaming our bay where i live, and alot of anglers are out for it.
We’ll spoken your soo right. It’s all about having fun and helping each other out. By the way beautiful bullshark nice catch. I think I outta give okuma a chance makaria.
i dont know why but as soon as i see it was a shark ..first thing that popped in my head was "Baby Shark, doo-doo, doo-doo Baby Shark, doo-doo, doo-doo Baby Shark, doo-doo, doo-doo Baby Shark!! ROFL 🤣 🤣 nice catch !
OMG that is a crazy catch you the man bro!!! I saw you fighting him all the way and got him in. Awesome job and with the guy gave you a hand he's cool we fishermen should work together and help each other =).
You see that thin elevated spine from the middle of the tail towards the front of the fish, if you slide your hand across spine holding the fish (fish wiggles) it will cut the crap out of you, I'm from Hawaii, they call those ulua (over 10 lbs. when they are smaller then 10 lbs they are called papio), great fight and good eating...... Great fishing using the copter to drop your line.
The drone is smart and cool . I’d like to make a suggestion, take a 6 foot broom stick or conduit or something bigger of your choice and make a gaff out of them and save yourself so much trouble just reach out and drag them in
duddeee....epic..living in the US now..but I'm from South Africa..and this almost reminds me of fishing on the rocks in South Africa..super sketchy..lots of rocks..great tech too!
Good vidwo as always. Well done. Just a little fyi....you can save the milk if youve got 2-3 days to soak your fillets. Cooler half filled with ice, add some water. Put your fillets in. About every 8-12hrs, drain the bloody stinky water off. Add more ice and water. In a couple days...no more smell, fillets whiten like crazy and meat draws up. (Together)
@Beach Bomber Fishing sorry, was just a suggestion to save the milk soak. I personally don't think you need it, but everyone has their own ways of doing things. I don't surf fish anymore but have fished from. San Louis pass to the Mansfield channel. I just thought I might be able to pass some useful info along. Good luck to you.
Yeah I wld have helped, but watching get exhausted...I will leave that to you my man. That was a 5-6 ft shark, and I can't imagine a 12 footer🤯...Great video and great comradery 💯👍🏻👍🏻
@@BeachBomberFishing like when they say it’s super affordable I look at the price it terrifies me… btw do you think buying a 50$ conventional reel with 30ib drag is enough for 4-5ft sharks?
What's the brand of your fishing rod, reel and braid line and lure? They seem to be very strong and effective. Where did you purchased these fishing gears?
No puedo creer que aya personas que se tomen foto con un pescado que ni les costó sacarlo 😅 Y el dolor de el chico original sus manos ya no podían pero lo logró felicidades buen trabajo 🦈🍾
They aren't using the drone to find fish. They use the drone to drag their bait out far enough to present it to the area where fish are feeding. It saves them the expense of a boat.
Technically it works for smaller fish that one is gonna harvest. I use a gaff for Big jacks because I keep them for shark bait. I don't think a gaff would be appropriate for these types of catches though. I should've brought a tail rope tbh.
hi nice video.......I would like, as you do, to use the drone to take the bait far away, but I really don't know what type of drone to look for, one that can lift a bait like yours and release it far away from the beach...could U halp me?........best regards Piero.😊👍
Epic battle against the elements! It really feels great when people decide to pitch in and lend their support. I was wondering about the Steadfast 10’ rod - are they from Roy’s, or does Roy’s get Steadfast, or maybe none of the above? I have a couple 8’ blanks myself that I’m extending with aluminum tube, so I’m really scoping things out, like how far is it from the rod butt to the reel seat? If its too much hassle to answer that’s okay, just wondering for my project. My Harrington is a 552 or 553 at least 60#, maybe 80#, but sadly only 8’ long. Got cut by former owner. Cheers, bro.

Hey BBF you rock and I dig the team work involved to catch big fish. Fish on and God bless everyone on the other side of this screen WWG1WGA

Nice catch. You're fighting the surf, the 🦈. Makes it hard to bring him out. I believe you, man.
Super hard man! Thanks for watching!

Fishing Brotherhood Seen that a lot, Helping each other to fulfill and enjoy our Sport! I agree with You about Dolphins. GREAT JOB!
Yeah Beach Bomber, I agree with you. It’s a community pier and we should help each other and not compete or fight with each other. Well said.

nice fight with the fish, i never had that experience before. God bless
hello...I want to fish with hand line on the rocks by the sea. What can you recommend? Should I use a float?
Good vidwo as always. Well done. Just a little fyi....you can save the milk if youve got 2-3 days to soak your fillets. Cooler half filled with ice, add some water. Put your fillets in. What do you mean save the milk? I soaked them in milk for around 12 hours after thoroughly cleaning everything.
Nice bull from the rocks! Keep it up!
Yeah I wld have helped, but watching get exhausted...I will leave that to you my man. That was a 5-6 ft shark, and I can't imagine a 12 footer🤯...Great video and great comradery 💯👍🏻👍🏻

Tbh why do ppl say it’s cheap and I look and it’s 1000$😰
It's not cheap, people just don't know what they are talking about.
@@BeachBomberFishing like when they say it’s super affordable I look at the price it terrifies me… btw do you think buying a 50$ conventional reel with 30ib drag is enough for 4-5ft sharks?

They aren't using the drone to find fish. They use the drone to drag their bait out far enough to present it to the area where fish are feeding. It saves them the expense of a boat.
Where you located at? And where was this video filmed at
I am in texas, this is at the surfside jetty.
@@BeachBomberFishing cool. I just came across your channel. Love the content.

Catching fish with Drone 🤩❤️👍

Nice bull shark bro!! I love fishing for sharks from the rocks. Try about a 8 footer for a hour and you will want to fall out lol
I would pass away. I need to lose some weight and get fit again 💀🤣
you guy ever fish San Luis with the drone? BIG hammerheads! 🦈
I have done that a few times, might have to go again.
